Team Davis / Century 21 Beggins

We had issues during the sale process, but Beggins willingly resolved them.

Called Team Davis mostly because their internet ad indicated that they were a nice young team associated with Century 21 that could help us find a home and the fact that my wife is a former Centuy 21 Realtor. Called Friday afternoon and spoke witth Gunner Davis, Informed him that we were renting in Ruskin and wanted to purchase a house in the area. Gunner said that he was going into a meeting with a client and would call back when he was out of the meeting. He ask is the number I was calling from (my home in Ruskin) was a good number to reach me, I responded tjhat my cell number was better and gave him that number. We heard nothing over the weekend and called another realtor. I suspect that Mr. Davis business model is listing homes, not selling since listing is very lucative with little effort on the agent's part. In retrospect I feel fortunate that he didn't return my call, since a realtor with that little attention to his potential clients wouldn't have worked for us.

We met her while looking for other properties. Bonnie Fagoh was always going above and beyond in helping us looking for property. With in a couple of weeks we found the perfect place. We would highly recommend her services to others.
