Description of Work: we bought a foreclosure (it was a mess)and were lucky to find Lorelei Contracting as he fixed all the plumbing, removed a wall, laid 600 sq ft of vinyl flooring, mended the roof, painted and so much more. we were amazed at his knowledge. the house looks and functions beautifully.

+ -1 moreWe can't sing this guy's praises enough. There just didn't seem to be anything he could not do. And he also does deep cleaning. We loved him. His knowledge of construction is unbelievable. Pleasant and more than reasonable in price. He's going to replace the roof next. Talking to a few neighbors, it is very apparent that there are many, many professionals that ARE raping the old people in sun city center financially. One neighbor had a stopped up sink and the plumber that came out told her [in her late 80s] that she needed a whole house redo for $4000. She said she did not have the money and that the plumbing was copper and should not need all that. She proceeded to pour baking soda and boiling water down the drain and within a few minutes--- swoosh. I thank God that we found Armando Vazquez.
Description of Work: Hooked up new water heater to electricity, put new guts in toilet, put new faucet in kitchen, replaced new full electric box on outside of house, repaired a large aluminum window that was in 5 pieces, adjusted outside door that did not fit right and now does. He knows many repairmen in many fields and also hooked us up with a a/c man that repaired the unit and added a new thermostat
