Great all around handyman. Just moved in and had a number of items that needed attention. Put in new larger sink, accommodated all the plumbing. Took out old light and fan fixtures, put in new ones. Put in fixtures in bath room, installed garbage disposal. Attentive, detail oriented, fair in pricing, sticks to his word. What more can you want.

Fantastic response and timely. Completed an entire repainting of the interior of our home in just two days. Purchased paint at a discount. Armando and his staff did a wonderful job. I have had the opportunity to secure other services (installations of lights and fans, etc.) and the job was completed equally excellent.

Polite, did a good job

Armando and his assistant, Jorge, repaired the hole in the ceiling in our master bedroom. They replaced the sheetrock, and painted the whole ceiling. They hung plastic curtains around the area, they covered all the furniture with tarps, and they vacuumed up afterwards. They did an excellent job, and everything matches perfectly. We would definitely call them again.

I had Armando screen in a condo patio. He did a very neat job and cleaned up when he left. I will call him when I need other work done. I recommend Lorilei Contracting for professional work done right.

I am very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work that Armando and his team delivered on my projects. The work product superb! He and his team worked on drywall and ceiling repair and plaster. They painted the interior of the home and installed baseboards. The house looks like a brand new home. Unlike some contractors, Armando was very diligent in showing up to bid on my job and he was equally diligent in making sure I was satisfied when the work was completed. He and his assistant did a good job and the work was completed in a little over a day. His price was reasonable and I am completely satisfied with the result.

Armando arrived with 2 competent helpers on the first day, and finished the remaining tasks by himself on the second day. They worked quietly and efficiently. The work included installing a sink in the existing vanity in our guest bathroom. When installation problems arose, he solved them. He also removed our old master bath vanity, and installed a new one (which we had purchased at Lowe's). He discovered that the drawers of the new vanity were blocking the holes in the wall for the plumbing, but he solved that problem by rerouting the pipes. He and his helper did an excellent job painting the walls of both bathrooms with the paint that we supplied. He also painted the wainscoting in our hallway. His drop cloths protected our floors and carpets. We had a temperamental sliding glass door which now slides easily, and a cabinet door that shuts properly, thanks to Armando's work. We will hire him again because he is a competent multi-talented worker, and his prices are affordable.
