 + -1 moreThey company apparently changed owners and when they came to seal the driveway they did not bring enough material. He did not do an adequate job and we even had to help him. In the end it got done, but we were not fully satisfied with the service.

 + 0 moreGrimebusters worked out very well and they were very careful not to damage any of the roof tiles. I'm always concerned about anyone walking around on my roof and breaking tiles and I could not be any happier with their work. The cost seems reasonable considering how long it maintained an algae-free surface and the quality of work was good. They were able to complete the work in a few hours and were friendly.
Description of Work: We have a tile roof that builds up with mildew and dirt and our neighborhood association requires homeowners to keep their roofs looking clean. So, we saw Grimebusters doing work for some of our neighbors and heard good things about them. We hired them to pressure clean our roof and driveway and were very pleased with the results. We have been using them for over 5 years now. They use an algaecide in the water which not only cleans off the gunk really well but also keeps the surfaces clean for quite awhile before any more algae begins to build up again. We can usually get a couple of years between cleanings which is a big cost saver.

Work was completed and a job well done. Only downside was it took us a while to find the front door mat was left in the bushes.

 + 0 moreOwners Peter and Alison Farnan came together and gave an estimate within a day of my asking for one. The work was performed within a day or two of the estimate having been given. The work was done well and the technician was polite.
Description of Work: Grimebusters' technician Rusty did a thorough job pressure cleaning the inside of the screen enclosure, lanai floors, exterior of house and inside of (white plastic) privacy fence. He also cleaned the gutters and pressure cleaned the driveway and front walk.

 + -1 moreVery pleased with the work. I called and spoke with owner and he set up a time to come out and do a quote. Showed up as promised and gave quote. I accepted quote and set up a date and time to have the work performed. They showed up on time and performed the work. During the cleaning one of my pool enclosure screens was accidentally damaged. I was not home but the owner left a message on my answering machine explaining what had happened and that the cost of repair would be deducted from my bill. I had the screen repaired and was very pleased with how the owner resolved this minor problem. I highly recommend this company!

 + -1 moreWe are very pleased and would hire Grimebusters again without hesitation. It is most unusual for someone to do more than anticipated and do it well. Also, we did not need to move any furniture off the deck. He took care of everything. What a treat!!!
Description of Work: GrimeBusters was hired to pressure wash our brick paver pool deck and front brick paver sidewalk, but he did more than was requested, including the back side of our house and the front porch, also the sliding door tracks and did not charge us any extra over the quote.

They accidentally broke a small pipe they immediately called me to let me know then hired their own plumber to fix it with out charging me anything.

However they never called to say they were running late. The phone number listed is a recording. Poor customer service. Very dissatisfied.

 + 0 moreI had several estimates for this work at a very broad price range. The roof hadn't had it done for a while, and one company even declined the work. Tony's quote was one of the best, as well as his description of the work, so he got the job, and it came out great. Upon request, they repaired broken tiles without hesitation. He also submitted a quote for pool, driveway, and house at a good price, but I just couldn't afford it at the time. I was overall very happy at the results.
