It was an excellent experience. They were responsive. They came when they said they would. They did the job, got everything right and they left. They did a good job.

They are prompt and do a good job. I was not satisfied the first time and I called and the owner came out and redid the work for me. I plan to reuse them.

Job was scheduled for 4/1/11 but due to heavy storms the day before, they got backed up on work. Peter called the nite before and explained the situation and rescheduled for 4/4/11. I came home from work that day and was very happy with the quality of the work. We had a couple of chair cushions in pool area that got a few bleached out spots on them from their overspray which I asked him about and Peter immediately admitted to it and said he would be out the next day to look at them and I assume compensate us for them. I was impressed with his honesty and good attitude about taking care of the problem . I just told him to forget it and it really wasnt that big a deal. But I know he takes pride in his work and if something does go wrong, he will take care of it. I will definitely use Grimebusters again in the future.

The day after I called about getting an estimate, one of the men appeared to take a look at what I needed. Later that afternoon I received a quote via email. I scheduled the appointment for a little more than a week later. He arrived on time, was very pleasant and two hours later I had a clean pool deck and lanai. As I had already had my sidewalks power washed I couldn't combine the work, but next year I shall certainly have them back to do both!

Initially, I thought the guys looked unprofessional because they were now wearing uniforms were a little slow and seemed new at this. But after they spent a good 6-7 hours of working the pool area looked great. They showed up, did a really good job, at a great price. What more could I ask for? I would definitely use them again!

Very well. I received a call back from my initial voicemail from Peter within 24 hours. Since I have a steep roof, I wanted him to look at it before giving me an estimate, as some companies would not work on my home due to the slope of the roof. He came by, said no problem, and gave me a reasonable estimate. He showed up on time, got right to work, and did a great job. I will definitely use them again..!

Called to get an estimate on cleaning my roof. Person anwsering phone indicated they were very busy and they would get back to me. I followed up with another phone call with no response. On 10/9 I found a written esitmate dated 10/7 on my front door handle. I called on 10/9 to schedule work and was told how swamped they were and would call me back. So far no response. Found another company to do the job.

Did a thorough and professional job. Arrived on time, worked most of a day and came back the next morning to finish up. Price seemed very fair for the job he did.
