Grimebusters Pressure Cleaning

Peter arrived on time and proceeded to clean all of the gutters necessary for our needs. He also made sure all of the downspouts were completely free of debris. He did a complete cleanup afterwards. It was an entirely satisfactory experience which is what I had expected. We have used Grimebusters in the past to clean our driveway and sidewalks in front of our house so I knew what to expect. Talk about friendly service with a smile and at a fair price. Can't say enough about how much they care about the quality of the work they do. I have before and will continue to refer Grimebusters. It's a great company!

I noticed mold and mildew on my house paint. I reached out to several companies on Angies List to perform a house wash and pressure wash my pool deck and pool cage while they were here. Grimebusters had one of the best prices, responded to my request quickly to explain their services and availability. They were courteous and took time to answer all my questions. They showed up early for our appointment and cleaned the entire house, deck and pool cage within a few hours. They were cautious with the cleaning chemicals and did not hurt my lawn or any of my trees and shrubs with the run off from the washing. They even helped catch a neighbors dog that decided to run into my pool cage to see what was going on. This was my first time using Grimebusters but I plan to call them again to pressure wash my driveway and will definitely use them again when my pool area and house need cleaning again.

Peter was punctual and professional when he gave us a written estimate on the project. He thoroughly discussed his methods and any limitations. We emphasized that we were going to seal the pavers ourselves, so we needed a superior cleaning job so that mold/dirt, etc. was not trapped under the sealant. Peter did not balk at the high demands that we were putting on him since this is his standard anyway. His price was reasonable and he had the proper equipment and kmow-how to do the job. He seemed very detailed oriented and he was going to do the job himself. On the day of the job, Peter arrived on time with a helper. He was fully equipped for the job. He didn't ask to borrow stuff that he forgot to bring to the job. He used his own hoses, for example.He began work in the pool area. This area has several wide steps down to the pool, two separate lanais,and elevated plant beds that required some climbing. He reached all of the difficult areas and was able to flush the dirty water out a single screen door without complaint. He did not skip areas.The driveway (motor court) is very large for a three-car garage with additional parking space outside and he was very careful in cleaning the entire area. He used chemicals judiciously. There was no evidence of chemical burns on plants or grasses. We waited a few days for the surfaces to dry before sealing with a Sherwin-Williams sealant. After spraying the sealant on the nice, clean surfaces, we have a great new look! We would definitely have Peter back when we need him again.

Overall I was very pleased with the entire experience of dealing with Grimebusters. I thought Peter, the owner, was very easy to deal with and a pleasure to work with. When I called to discuss and set up the service, he was prompt in returning my phone call. On the day of the cleaning, he showed up on time, worked all day, called when he ran into an area that needed extra care and even addressed an issue on my front porch at no extra charge. Since this is the first time I had a roof cleaned, I had lots of questions which he answered very thoroughly and professionally. I was very pleased with the results of the work that he did. He also noted some minor issues around the house, not related to the pressure washing that he thought I should be aware of. And finally, one of my biggest concern was the landscaping and absolutely no harm was done to any of my landscaping. I would definitely use this company again.

I was getting married on a Saturday and we were having all the out of town guests over on Friday night for a reunion and dinner. I realized on Thursday that the driveway and sidewalk were dirty and looked pretty bad. Grimebusters had cleaned our driveway last year and did a great job so I decided to call them. I called Peter on Thursday thinking I was in trouble and he would not be able to fit us in. I was hoping he could do it sometime on Friday before the guests arrived. When I told Peter my problem, he said he would add us to his already filled up Thursday and fit it in as his final project. Peter showed up in the late afternoon as promised. He immediately went to work. When he had finished, the work areas were better than I could have hoped for. I always have said that I would do it better if I could do it all myself. In most cases that would be the truth, however, there is no way I could have done a better job than Peter did. My fiance and I were both very happy with how good the job came out. I have recommended Grimebusters several times in the past and will continue to do so. There is not a more personable and better pressure washing company in the area. Peter and Alison are not just business associates to us, they are friends! They really came through for us this time when we needed them!

I'm very happy with Grimebusters. Peter arrived on time and did a professional job on the sidewalks and driveways. More than that, both he and Allison were careful to meet all our scheduling needs. In particular, I needed the job done by a certain date to comply with a deadline from our homeowner's association. We were in a tight spot because the company we normally use let us down this year. Peter and Allison found a way to squeeze our job into their very busy calendar and offered to perform the service early on a Saturday morning. When I told them I don't like to have noisy work done before 10 AM in order to avoid disturbing my neighbors, they graciously rearranged their schedule to meet that additional criteria while still beating my HOA deadline. I definitely would recommend them to others with pressure-washing needs.

After a miscommunication on first attempt, we scheduled a later time and tech was on time (actually a few minutes early) and went right to work. Very informative on the procedure and the pressures required. Talked to me about future needs and roof cleaning.Quickly and efficiently performed the work asked and also said I did NOT need to have my gutter cleaned as I thought I might need. (So he saved me a bit on that cost.) Very professional and friendly. I will certainly use Grimebusters again! Highly recommend him!!

We have used this company yearly for a least 5 years. They are punctual, always personally answer phone calls. Quality of cleaning is excellent, work is done quickly and efficiently.

I dealt with Peter and he was extremely professional and friendly. A quote was received the same day I called. Service was scheduled for approximately 2 weeks from the date of quote. I was not home during the service, but upon arriving home, I was extremely happy with the services provided.

In springtime, you may have to wait a few weeks for service, but it was worth it. Grimebusters showed up on time and were very professional.

I contact the company for an estimate by email and I received a phone call the next day. I was able to schedule the estimate the same day, even though I had to be at work. Someone came and left a written estimate in my front door.I had to wait for the work to be done for a few weeks because they were short staffed, but I did not mind because I had a good experience speaking with Allison; she will always call back and answer all my questions.The day of the job I was impressed the person was on time, very professional. Did a very nice job, in a reasonable amount of time. I ask him to clean a couple of extra spots and he did it with a good attitude.The price was very reasonable.I will definitely use the company again. .

The company arrived at the time they previously indicated. There were two people. Kim, who is the person in charge of Pinellas County' and her assistant, Ramon. The original estimate did not iinclude the gutters (because I forgot to ask). When I asked Kim if she could include them she agreed. She got on the roof and cleaned the mess by hand putting all the tree debris in a garabge bag. Then they pressure cleaned the gutters. They also cleaned all the screens in the pool cage which were covered with a green mold. The pool deck and gutters were exceptionaly dirty because my husband has been unable to do the work he has always done in the past. His health now prevents him from doing so. When the normal pressure cleaner did not do the job they used a much bigger machine to finish the job. These two people were pleasant, friendly and especially thorough. My husband, who used to be a plumbing contractor, remarked that he had never seen two people work so hard. His greatest compliment is that they "did the work as well as he would have done it himself". Every time we look out at the pool deck we feel good. Now I can use it. The mildew was so great my allergies prevented me from staying on the lanai for ant length of time. As they were packing up at the end of the day one of our neighbors was passing by. We told her about the excellent work - and she is considering hiring them.

Based on outstanding earlier Angie's reviews, I contacted Peter Farnan (owner) and he set the appointment date for a meeting to give me an estimate. I told him the work I needed to have completed and he gave me a written proposal. Once I had decided to use GrimeBusters, he told me it would be a two day job and called me within the week to let me know what dates his employee would be here. His employee (Kevin?) arrived at the appointed time and worked for six hours on the first day and approximately the same length of time the second day. He was extremely thorough, and the result far exceeded my expectations of how the finished project would look. There was no "mess" whatsoever remaining once he was finished.

Came out and left a reasonable quote to pressure wash house & walk areas. Scheduled the work. He showed up exactly when he said he would be there. Did a very thorough job, careful not to remove paint or overspray. Covered items to avoid any damage. Polite and professional gentleman. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We contacted Grimebusters Pressure Washing to pressure wash our driveway, our sidewalks, and a stone wall that extends across our property at the curb. Peter, the owner, came out for our appointment exactly on time and gave a detailed proposal for doing the work necessary to clean up our moldy concrete. I have done this job in the past and it takes me half the day to get it as clean as I like it and leaves me drained and sore. I have not had time to do it myself so I called Grimebusters. I have seen their work before and I knew about their reputation for perfection. I am so glad I called! Peter personally did the work on the date chosen and the concrete came out cleaner than I could ever have expected. He did it in half the time it would have taken me. He even cleaned a support pillar that was not in the contract. Grimebusters has the right equipment and they certainly know what they are doing. I have seen the work of other company's and there is no comparison. I will never do my own cleaning again. In the future I will be having Grimebusters do the low-pressure wash on my shingle roof which is just beginning to get mildew. I have referred Grimebusters to my friends and will continue to do so. There just isn't a better pressure washing company around.

Because of a thunderstorm, Peter called in advance to reschedule the cleaning date and then showed up on time. Completed job within estimated time frame and within estimated cost. 2) Quality - excellent job. took 1.5 days to complete this job. Lots of work. Technician did a good job of pretreating surfaces to remove stains and did not harm any plants around the house with harsh chemicals.
