Wesley checked out the bladder tank, pressurized it to the appropriate setting and verified that it appeared to be functioning properly. He also took a look and the well pressure switch and adjusted it to the proper setting. He looking at the entire well system and verified that everything was functioning properly.

Wesley was so helpful and immediate to respond or return when an issue came up. We were so impressed by how easy he was to get a hold of. In addition, he was patient and persistent in figuring out what worked best for our older well. Wesley was kind and explained things thoroughly and we would highly recommend him to anyone.

Wes and his son arrived as promised and proceeded to evaluate/adjust our well system. we have numerous filters and tanks that are needed to filter the water. Wes patiently explained the function of each device, how it worked, and why/how long it needed to run. I took notes. He adjusted the water pressure and answered all our questions. It was $75 well spend.

Excellent service. I called at 8:37am after discovering my well pump was not working and the REPAIRMAN answered. He advised he would try to make it to me by 11am. A few minutes later he called back and said he would be here in 10 minutes. He arrived before 9:30am and had my well working 15 minutes later with new parts he had on his truck. He even fixed some things that were not necessary to make the well work but were clearly needed. He explained the problems, and the well system, giving me a suggestion on what I could do to save money and make it work better myself. Service, parts and labor were less than $200. A very reasonable price, I believe. Will definitely call Bay Area Pump & Well Service the next time I have pump or well problem.

We first met Wesley when we hired him to inspect the well and pump system at a house we were purchasing. He tested the entire system, and also had the water tested to make sure all was well and that there were no bacteria present. Once we moved into the house we noticed a very strong sulfur smell whenever the water was running. We called Wesley to see if he could come out and look at the water softeners - which we did not have him check out when he came out to do the initial inspection because we assumed they were working. Needless to say neither of them worked. Wesley gave us a fair price to install the AIO Chemical Free Iron Water Filter System and was out the next day to complete the job. In all arranged meetings he showed up on time, his prices were fair, and he was always happy to answer my MANY questions - Southern Hospitality at its finest.
