Worked straight through and resolved the problem. They were also very good about cleaning up the debris caused by the work. Will definitely call Noel for all future plumbing needs.

I'm completely satisfied with the work performed and would recommend to all of my friends. The price included nearly $200 worth of supplies of which I could not have purchased for less at Lowes or Home Depot. I will use this company for all of my future plumbing needs.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. I called for estimate and he came out the next day. Gave me an estimate same day and I accepted it. We set a date for the work.. He was here on time. Work was accomplished in less time than estimated, and it was done the way I wanted it done. The work area was cleaned up and he left things in excellent shape. BTW I had called for other estimates and one just gave me a price over the phone without coming on site. A second came and said he could not physically do it the way I wanted and the estimate was over twice what Mr. Glatti asked. It has been two months since it was done and all is working very well.

+ -1 moreNoel had repair parts that would replace parts of 28 year old fittings, this saved a good amount of money as the block and stucco walls did not have to be opened to do a replacement of the original hose bibs. Opening the walls would have also required block and stucco replacement and then painting the areas to match. Noel and his helper had the knowledge, the correct tools, and the correct parts on his truck , they were in and out in an hour, cleaned up after they finished. It does not get any better than that when it comes to service work and repairs.

+ -1 more.He made the repair and stayed around while we checked the rest of the plumbing. He was there for at least 2 hours but only charged for 1and a half hours. We were pleased with his work and happy with his price. Very nice guy.
Description of Work: House had been unoccupied for 2 years. Got the electric on , the well pump worked, turned water on to house and discovered a water leak. Checked Angie's list ,found Noel called and made appointment. He was on time ,very freindly , found the leak (mouse had chewed a hole in the pex pipe)

+ -1 moreI called Mr. Glattli on January 2, 2013 and left a voicemail at 10am. He returned my call at 3pm. He asked what I needed taken care of and we set an appointment for the next day at 10am. Mr. Glattli and his helper, Bill, arrived right on time. With no time wasted, I took him to the kitchen sink and went over the four things I needed fixed or where concerned about. Bill made a few trips to the van procurring the necessary tools needed as Mr. Glattli got to work. He started in replacing the corroded pipe. Then did the new shut off valves as Bill raced outside to shut off the water supply. A torch was applied to loosen the old valves free. The replacement went off quite smoothly, of course. This guy really knows what he's doing!! The leaky faucet was next with an inspection of my spritzer hose that was found to be in good shape. Both guys are professional and quite efficient. I wish I'd known about them last year when I needed a new water heater installed. Mr. Glattli is my type of guy. Laid back, low key and totally professional! I heartily recommend and will use him from now on!
Description of Work: I had a leak in the pipe leading from the sink to the wall of the pinhole variety. Mr. Glattli told me the main pipe leading from the sink needed to be replaced. (right on as it had a hole in it) He replaced the old metal piping with a solid plastic pipe that will not corrode like the original did....althought it was 41 years old. His helper, Bill, turned off the water supply from the street as Mr. Glattli tackled the next project.....replacing the shut off valves. This was NOT an easy task but with their expertise did the work in minutes, using a torch to remove the old valves; replacing them with brand new ones that will now turn so I can shut off the water if needed. On to task #3: fixing a leaky faucet. I have a Moen and did have a replacement cartridge that came with the house in 1983. Mr. Glattli used that one. The original, and it WAS the original proved not easy to take out but with some elbow grease, Mr. Glattli performed the task is a few minutes. Finally, I asked them to please check the spritzer hose for leaks and Mr. Glattli and Bill inspected it to my satisfaction and found it to be intact with no work needed. Time in: 10:05 Time out 11: 10 Labor Charge $75.00 minus 10% off for being a member of Angie's List ( and I didn't even ask for it!) = $67.50 Parts: $22.50 Total Cost: $90.00 When I saw the bill, all I could do was to remark, "That's MORE than fair" as I was actually in shock; expecting a bill of at least $150!!! I heartily recommend these gentlemen!!! I'll use them again as needed and will consider them to be my new plumbers; replacing the guy that installed my new water heater in November 2011.

+ -1 moreWe are very satisfied with the service we recieved. Mr. Glattli, was prompt,in returning our phone call to set up a time to give us a quote,for a bath tub install. We "shopped" quotes from several companies.Mr. Glattli was not only reasonable, he was the most professional,in how he handled the entire quote and work process. Once we agreed that he was the one to do the work, he scheduled work quickly (couple of days). He gave us a courtsey call the morning of the work appointment. Arriving on time, the work was performed professionally and effeicently. Even though a small problem caused it to take a little longer to complete than he anticipated, he held true to his original quote. The install is beautiful! Don't hesitate to call him for your plumbing needs. Professional, awesome, great customer service!!

+ -1 moreNoel and Bill arrived at my house and we discussed what I would like done. I explained that I wanted to replace the sink and faucet and add a filtration cartridge to the cold water line. I also had a leak and was unable to use my ice maker and I asked Noel it he could also fix that. I left and went back to work but my daughter stayed at the house. She called me later and said that Noel wanted to know if I wanted the ice maker to also go through the filtration system. I told him that would be wonderful I had not even thought about that part. He did an excellent job and everything was neat and clean and functioned perfectly. I will definately use them again.

+ -1 moreI called Mr. Glattli's office number and left a message stating that it was not an emergency, and explained what needed to be done. He tried to return my call that evening, but we were not at home. First thing the next morning Mr. Glattli called again, explained his pricing and made arrangements to come the following morning. He arrived on time with a helper, and they had all three problems corrected within an hour. While they were there, they observed two things that could become problems in the future. They took time after they were done to explain why they could become problems, gave me solutions, and gave me approximate quotes in the event the problems do arise. I feel that Noel Glattli Plumbing had very reasonable prices, and they were very competent. I will definitely call them for any and all of my plumbing needs in the future.
Description of Work: We had three plumbing problems that were of various difficulty. The first was a clogged shower drain; the second was a loose kitchen faucet; the third was low water pressure from our bathroom faucet.

Description of Work: Had a problem with a leaking valve on our well pump. At the time we were in NJ and were notified of the leak by a friend. I checked Angie's list and found Noel Glattli, a plumber in the area. Based on a glowing report, I called to schedule an appointment. Mr. Glattli returned my call promptly, went to the property, got back to me with an explanation of the problem, a cost, and a day that he could do the repairs. It was a pleasure dealing with such a conscientious man. As an aside, we are selling our home in NJ to move permanently to Florida and needed some plumbing repairs done. I called a local plumber two times before he agreed to come around. He inspected the work, took notes on what was needed and told me he would let me know when he could do the job. That was over 5 weeks ago. Needless to say, we found someone else who did do the work. But I thought to myself: it was easier to find a reliable Florida plumber from NJ than it was to find a reliable NJ plumber from a couple of miles away. It's reassuring to know that when we do finally move to Florida we'll have a good plumber to call when needed.

+ -1 moreThe hot and cold water valves in the tub had been leaking for quite sometime (about 8 to 10 months) and we knew it was costing us money in electricity. The faucet on the front of our house had not been used for close to 20 years, and the faucet on the back of the house was constantly leaking, cause we couldn't get it to shut off completely. I found Noel's service on Angie's List and contacted him. His info on the List stated "free estimates". I asked him about that and he said yes, he does give free estimates. (there was another company I contacted, but they wanted $50 just to come out and assess the problems and THEN they would charge $150 @ hour, from the time they left their shop!) So I asked Noel to come and give us a price, which he did, and he did the job for just UNDER his estimate! Noel was on time, but I had not arrived at home from work by the time we had agreed on previously. He left his card on my door, so I called him and he was happy to come back. I asked him if he would, to work on the bath tub valves first, in the event he had another job. He was very courteous and did not mind that I made that request. He did the work in just about an hours time, give or take a few minutes. I would recommend Noel to anyone needing plumbing work!l Another reason I chose Noel is that he is licensed by the State of Florida, is insured, and offers guarantees on his work.

+ -1 moreWe have been pleased with Noel's service for several years, but today we called with an emergency. He was here within an hour, and took care of the problem right away! My husband was mowing and hit the outside faucet. (Don't ask.) Fountains! Puddles! We didn't even know how to turn off the water to the house, so we first called the city for that information (they dispatched a worker for us), then called Noel. He had to dig a small hole and he replaced the broken pvc pipe. He was able to turn the water back on, and probably could have turned it off, too, but the city worker arrived first and saved us some rapidly flowing $$$. Looks great, works great! 12/11 Estimate update: Prompt response, thorough inspection, offered alternatives.
Description of Work: This report is an update from 2009: My ratings are not based on only one visit, although they apply to today's adventure as well! A broken water pipe had to be repaired outdoors. Additional update- 12/11: estimate for future work. No action taken yet.

Description of Work: We called Noel when we discovered a leak under our sink. He told us what to do to prevent further damage to our cupboard till he could arrive. He came quickly, bringing everything he would need plus extras. He had a new faucet on board which he changed out for us as well, bringing our sink back into function quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Noel. He is very professional and reasonable. You will not be disappointed.
