+ -1 moreExcellent service. Jeff is a great, professional, and caring person. Came out same day to solve the problem. I will recommend him to everyone. I have his phone number saved in my phone, and will call no one else.
Description of Work: Replaced a part on our AC unit. Same day service, quick and efficient. Very appreciative with his prompt, courteous service. Jeff also installed an AC unit a couple of months ago for us. Same day estimate, and installation service was great!

+ -1 moreI am currently looking for someone else to redo the work that they did. I am very unhappy with their service.
Description of Work: They sold me and installed filtration system for a lot of money that is complete junk. For the price I paid I could of gotten a much better system. They patched up the fiber glass instead of replacing it, it has holes all over it.

Description of Work: I have used his services about 5 times over the past few years. Most recently he fixed the air conditioning in our rental property. We could not find out what was wrong with it, Jeff came back out multiple times until he fixed it with no additional costs.

+ -1 moreJeff Kieffer Refrigeration Heating and AC came out on a day I believe they weren't supposed to be working. It was a weekend or a half day or a holiday, and it was late and they came right out to fix the Air Conditioning. It was really hot that day and they came straight here. It was two young guys, but they knew what they were doing. It was a reasonable price and done well. They explained everything to me - I do the same kind of work on campervans and stuff. They brought all the material they needed to repair it, they didn't have to go back to get parts or anything. Then they cleaned up and left. They were respectful, they know how to handle people. I will use them again any time. I expected the price to be more, actually. After this experience I wouldn't even wait, I'll call them again.
