Very well...have already discussed getting them back for a third time.

Wow. They showed up early, got done fast and cleaned up - (as one of the guys said) like they were never here. Ground the stump, removed ALL debris (the palms were a huge mess) and blew any trace of the work away including anything that fell on the roof or amongst the plants in the garden. I am totally impressed. Price was below the other 4 quotes I got. Carrie, who answers the phones, was responsive and personable. The owner and his team were polite, organized, fast, and professional. They descended on our yard at first light, worked like crazy and left in record time. I have nothing but good things to say and was happy to pay for this service - and that is coming from someone who is budget conscious and prefers to DIY whenever possible. This service blew us away and was worth every penny. Thanks!

They were timely coming by, they were great about keeping in touch on the phone.

We just bought a house on a one acre lot and there were a LOT of oak trees (mainly water oaks). I got a few estimates, but Authority had the best bid to remove the trees. The person I dealt with on the phone, Carrie, is very patient and pleasant. She sent someone out to the property very quickly to provide an estimate. I was informed in advance that I would need to pull up some fence and arrange for the power line to the house be disconnected. The crew arrived exactly on time the day of service with a whole caravan of trucks with just the right equipment to get the job done. I spoke with Ted, who was in charge of the crew, and arranged for additional trees to be removed and was provided an estimate on the spot. The extra trees caused the job to carryover to another day, but it was well worth it. The crew workers were all very organized and very nice. Everyone had a uniform and you could tell they were all happy to be in their line of work. They knew exactly what they were doing and are very efficient. When the power company workers came back to hook the power back up, I thought it was funny when the power company supervisor saw Authority's tree climber and remarked that they should hire him because he was such a great climber! As of this writing, all of the trees have been removed and it looks great. There were a few tricky trees on the property line, and they did a great job expertly removing them. They were also very careful not to damage the driveway or any other things like the well or shed. I expect the stumps to be ground this week, but I didn't want to wait any longer to complete this review. I would definitely recommend Authority. If you call them, know you are in great hands. They have the right equipment and the right people to get the job done. Will use again in a heartbeat.

They were responsible and professional. They did a good job cleaning up.

Several trees removed and many more trimmed. Everything went as promised. They are very professional and easy to deal with. We have used them in the past and will again. It is good to have a company you can refer with complete confidence.

We found them on Angie's List. We liked their punctuality and just everything about them. They were just excellent all the way around. They really knew what they were doing. They got the job done in a timely manner.

Showed up at 7:45am got right to work, were done by 9:00am you couldn't even tell they were here. They cleaned up yard and took everything with them! GREAT JOB!!! will hire them again!

They did fantastic. They showed up when they were supposed to, made quick work of the trees and gave me a fair price.

There was just 3 guys. They did a pretty good job, they were decent about cleaning up. Personally I think they were expensive. I had a bunch of tree limbs on the side of the house, they picked it up in one pick up and charged $50 for that, I thought that was expensive. I thought they were pretty good, but overall I think they were expensive.

The service was okay except for when I called them back to assist with removal of the wood chips. They kind of wanted to price gouge a little bit because I guess they didn't want to come back and do that kind of work. The additional service would be about $300. All they did was try to out price to where I wouldn't call. But, other than that they did a really good job as far as the original job of taking the tree down. They were real safe and everything. I probably will not use them again in the future. The reason I picked them was not only because they were the most responsive but also pricewise they did a really good job as far as being competitive with the other vendors.

Went really well. My property was left in good condition.
