A young man came name Mark came gave me an estimate. He was very sweet, polite, and well manner. He seems to be sincere and I hired him on the spot. He came the next day to do the repair on the roof (damage by hurricane Irma). He said that he'll send the receipt through my emal, which he did but it takes2 days after he did the job. It's understandable cause they're very busy. I'm a female and i don't know much this is the first time I felt that he wasn't tak8ng advange of me. Most companies out there when they see a woman they overcharged them they shouldn't have. I'll hire All City Roofing again and will recommend them. Thanks!

All City Roofing is the third roofing company we have hired to fix the leak in the roof between our screen porch and roof where they meet. All City Roofing fixed the leak. We have not even seen a drop of water on the floor and it has been raining hard the past few weeks. I would call All City Roofing again. They even offered to send us pictures which I thought was a great idea but have not seen them yet. Overall this company is fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone!

I had a small leak on my 15 year old home. I filled out the questionnaire on Home Advisor and got the initial call back within 30 minutes. William (owner) came to my home and surveyed the situation. He put some roof caulk on a few shingles and informed me that the roof has 6-10 years of viability left. Service was outstanding and no leaks since. I highly recommend this company, and will call them back when I need roof replacement.

These guys were very nice and personable, so I hired them.They never showed up for the job and did not answer my calls or texts the day they were supposed to do the job. I missed a whole day of work sitting at home waiting for them to show up. Very unprofessional.

I hired these guys while I was out of town. I didn't even see the roof damage. So, I was putting a great deal of trust in sending someone out for an estimate. I should stress that my rating system is pretty tough. If 5 stars is great you better do great. If everybody gets a 5 star then what do we do for those who go above and beyond? Anyway, my scores are pretty high for me and should not be interpreted as bad work. Here is my experience and why I scored the way I did. Work quality looks pretty good. They did try to match my shingles and as soon as it rains hard we will see how good the job really is. It looks good at this point. By the way, this is the important part of the job. Did they fix what was broken. Keep that in mind when you read the next paragraph. At this point the biggest criticism would be they left behind some minor debris. The wrapper that the shingles came in the the most obvious. NOT that big a deal. But, I did have some minor clean up afterwords. Customer service was a concern. The primary person I spoke to continually made promises that never happened. This was primarily in regards to communication. It began after I scheduled them to come to the house. As I was out of town at the time I needed to make arraignments and work out details. All City DID call me to confirm my appointment. But, I missed the call. When I called that number it went to voice mail and the mailbox was full. I could not leave a message. I eventually found a second number through Home Advisors' website. It too went to voice mail and the mailbox was full. Then, about two hours later, I received a call when my phone number came up under missed calls. We eventually worked out the details and he showed up pretty much on time. He looked at the house at 9:00 and didn't call me with an estimate or details for repair until late in the afternoon. I was told he would let me know what was going on while on site. It just didn't happen. He had to order a skylight and wasn't sure whether it was in stock or not. He promised to call me to let me know when they would return with the skylight. He promised to call me on a Friday, Saturday, and either a Monday or a Tuesday and did not. This made me uncomfortable because I was counting on his trustworthiness while I was out of town. With all that being said... All City did ME a favor and worked around my limitations. They should, and do, get credit for working with my particular needs. And, it appears they did what they said they were going to do. So, even though the communication issue was not the best, we did get everything worked out. I am grateful, appreciative, and would recommend them in the future.

These 2 young men(brothers) were very professional. They explained everything they needed to do.They went up in the attic and took pictures of where the leak was, that made the water stains on my dining room ceiling. They took their time and did wonderful job, would recommend them.

Liked this company was in business for a long time, and their work showed what a quality company they are.

I had two men come out and look at the job requested. I showed the where the was mold from where the roof was leaking. I said that is what I wanted to be repaired. At first look, they said they could not do it because there was a truss involved. I pointed out that it was not a truss, just a 2x4 nailed to the side of the wall, and there was mold underneath. They agreed to fix it for $700. I agreed. Two men showed up late and began the work while I worked in another part of the house. When I came back, I brought them pizza and looked at the work. I saw that they repaired another part of the roof, and not what I asked for. I pointed it out and they said they were not allowed to fix it. So I ended up paying $700 for a roof repair that I did not ask for.
