"As you can see by my ratings, it was an awful experience. I called Gary on Sunday when I saw the leak. His hours of business included Sunday. He said that he would call me on Monday to set up an appointment. When I had not heard from him by 12:30 I called him. He stated that he was sorry but was 9:00 Tuesday morning OK. I agreed. When he did not show or call by 11:45 I called him and he said that he would be there in 15 minutes. He finally showed after 2:00. He inspected the solar panels from a ladder leaned against the house and said that I had two bad panels that would need to be replaced and he would check availability and get back to me. I waited two days and heard nothing so I called him. The man could not remember who I was so I filled him in until he said he remembered. He told me that he would come out the next day and look at my panels. I explained that he had already done so and I was waiting on an update for the repair.I have not heard back from him and that was May 3rd. Today is May 14th. I did not pay for service because none was performed."
