He has a lot of experience and he is pretty good. We are very happy with them. Their punctuality is great.

I told him that I was not prepared for him to be done so fast and I needed to write a check. I left the front door, with him outside to go and get my check book.  In about 1 minute he started ringing the doorbell, constantly, no let up at all.  This made the dogs bark.  I went to the door and told him I was writing the check as fast as I could and the constant doorbell ringing was not helping.  At which time he started screaming at the top of his lungs that he need to get to his next appointment and wanted his money.
At this point, I called my brother who had recommended this guy in the first place.  My brother then called the office and arranged to pay over the phone. The office was to call him off my property.
He left, but the a/c was not working ... in all he was at my house at most 15 minutes.  This was a very upsetting situation from a provider that is no doubt not qualified. 
When my brother hired him to replace the compressor, he said his son was a deputy sheriff and he was well known in the neighboring county.  I assume that he gets away with bad behavior because his son covers it up!
