Description of Work: The inspector did a thorough inspection of the home. First for "things that were not working as intended," then "things needing maintenance," and other items that may have been working fine but had some "cosmetic" problem. He also conducted a radon gas test and a mold test. His Inspection Report included photographs of the problem areas. The report was detailed, thorough, easy to follow and understand. |We will use this company again again if the need arises.
