Robert provided evaluation and estimate on the cost to fix or replace the roof with in 24 hours of contacting him. Repairs were scheduled and work started within one week from initial contract. Repairs were completed in one day and Robert was over to inspect the repairs to be sure they were to his standards. Robert is well known and has a lot of repeat business in Cape Coral and the surrounding areas. Word of mouth from previous customers keeps Robert and his crews busy. Be patient if he cannot start work immediately he will take care of emergencies and keep you dry. It may take 5-7 days to schedule the work and it will be worth the wait due to the ease and quality of the experience working with this company.

Workers were here within a few days and made the repairs within a few hours. I had estimates from several companies and this company was the only company who did not try to pressure me into buying a whole new roof, and was still the best price for the repairs that were done.

It went. I paid more than the $99 Big Deal. Their price was fair enough. They missed the leak the first time. Their responsiveness was pretty good. I did not have to pay the second time around that he came out. I would probably use them again.

Our roof is approx 20 years+. Robert did not attempt to sell me a new roof although there were several large problems. He said they would be able to make repairs and get 3-5 years more on the roof. His workers were friendly and professional. Even when a downpour suddenly appeared they got the roof covered and remained until it passed to complete. They cleaned up the all the debris. Robert also took the time to show me some gutter issues I had and explain so that I could easily show it to the Gutter Company to correct.

Robert the owner came out to look at the roof the next day after I contacted him that I had a leak. Gave a estimate and his crew was out the next week to finish the repairs. Everything was done correctly and on time. Would recommend them and would use them in the future.

I contacted the company via an Angieslist message on Monday, received a response the same day, and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. Robert arrived on time and inspected my roof for a leak that I've had for the last month. Although I was regularly seeing water intrusion during heavy rains, Robert wasn't able to identify the source of the leak. He explained that he could replace the boot on a vent stack that was above the water intrusion. But he recommended that a better next step would be to have a plumber inspect the area first -- something I had not considered. That advice was spot on. The next day I had a plumber inspect the area (he had to cut open an interior wall) and he found a 2-inch diameter hole in the vent pipe that was the actual source of the leak. I appreciate Robert's, advice, honesty and integrity in helping me to resolve this issue. Although I did not use his roof repair services, I would not hesitate to use him in the future. I highly recommend him based on his knowledge and professionalism.

It took 2 weeks for them to get me an estimate. The quote was more than $600 or $700 than other companies.

After calling a couple of other roofing companies, they didn't want to fix our leaks because our house is 36 years old. One company didn't even send anyone out to our house. Robert Kettelle was willing to fix just the leak and said we didn't need our whole roof replaced at this time. His workers came out in less than a week, and he didn't require payment until work was finished. Because they found another leak, the workers had to come out three times and order more cement tiles, which are only available at a firm in P**** Gorda. Because of this, the job took about two weeks to complete, but he charged us his original estimate. They were very professional, and I would use them again. It has rained since fixed, but there are no leaks. We were satisfied with his company.

Our 13-year-old roof looked ok but there were concerns about possible damage we could not see. We are seniors and didn't trust just anyone to look at it. Robert Kettelle Roofing of Cape Coral, offered a free inspection with photos, and $100 of any needed work free. We called, Rob came out next day, took photos of 3 areas that needed to be addressed. With these repairs we could extend the life of the roof 8-10 years. We agreed to the work. Rob's crew came out two days later, completed the work professionally, efficiently and cleaned up every bit of debris. Rob called two days later to let us know the work went faster than he had expected (even with the shower intervention) and so gave us a $250 rebate on our agreed upon price. Prompt response, excellent job, and a rebate! What a guy!

Work was preformed in a timely manner, the team was professional and courteous to me and the kids that are staying with me. I would hesitate to hire them for additional work.

We called this roofing company after discovering a leak into the top sill of my bathroom window from the roof boot. My neighbor tried to repair, which solved the problem for 2 days, but then the problem re- occurred. As It tuned out, all 5 roof boots had to be replaced.

Best of all, instead of having to buy a new roof, which I was worried would happen, he was able to just patch up the leaks up for a much lower price. I really appreciate his integrity in not trying to sell us a whole new roof that we didn't need, it saved us so much money.

This roof had been repaired improperly before and Kettelle was able to remove all previous patch work down to the framing and replace.

He fixed the roof on the time and date he stated. The crew was polite and very nice. It was getting ready to rain and the crew decided to wait till the next morning to finish the work instead rushing the job and causing potential problems with sealing the tiled roof.

Robert was referred to by another trade, and provided a quote the was less than other roofing companies. He performed the work as scheduled, and remediated any issues on my 35 year old roof. I was able to do this from out of state, and I was pleasantly surprised when I saw his work in person. It looks great, no mess, reasonable, and he really care and takes pride in his work.
