They did a very competent job, removed all debris, and left the area very clean.

He was so pleasant and polite when he arrived, I wanted to go with him for the job. He explained what he was going to do and talked to me very thorough. He said he would be here in a week and when a full week passed I called him and he said he'd been busy and would be here tomorrow. So I waited and called again and left him a message and said I was a member on Angie's list and I was not happy with him, and he called me right back and said he would be there. It has been two months and he never came or called me back. I am not happy with him at all and it makes me not want to even worry about the trees. He quoted me a very good price and I really like him and was going to use him. I will not use him now because he lied and is very unprofessional.

They took a few days to return my phone call, but did return it several days later. They were a bit late for the estimate but did call to say they's be later. They were supposed to trim my tree on a Friday afternoon and did not show. However, they called Saturday to apologize and rescheduled for the first thing Monday Morning. They showed up on time Monday morning and did a fantastic job of trimming my tree. The totally cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job and I could not be more happy with the work they did. My only advice would be to work on the promptness a bit.

Perry returned my phone call within two days (I had called on a Friday) and set up an appointment for an estimate the next day. He arrived on time, took a tour of the yard, and asked ME what I wanted to have done. He made no attempt to talk me into anything, but left it up to me to determine what needed to be done. When he had listened to me, he agreed for the most part and added a few other limbs that could be trimmed that would add to the shape and safety of the trees. They arrived to do the work two days later (he called the night before to set a time); they arrived on time, did the work, cleaned the yard and made sure I was satisfied with their work. Several people stopped during the day to ask for appointments. One woman even said she was going to recommend the company to the homeowner's association because they did such nice work.

He did everything we requested quickly and left our yard completely clean of all branches and debris.

I was impressed at the quick response time and punctuality of the man giving me an estimate. He seemed very professional. I went with a larger company, but otherwise thought this would have been a great choice.

Excellent work. They arrived on time and worked fast, and they did the best cleanup after a job. They were professional and gave the best price quote. Many of our neighbors ended up using their services as well. (For our HOA, they cleaned out our retention pond - another excellent job.)

IT IS A VERY GOOD SERVICE. THEY ARE REALLY BUSY ESPECIALLY AFTER HURRICANE SEASON SO I GAVE THEM A "B" BECAUSE SOMETIMES IT'S HARD FOR THEM TO GET TO US. THEY ARE REALLY GOOD. WE HAVE USED THEM FOR YEARS.

THEY WERE JUST REALLY PROFESSIONAL AND REALLY NICE TO US. THEY HAD REALLY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WERE VERY POLITE. THE JOB WAS DONE THOROUGHLY AND WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER.

ANYTIME WE NEEDED TREE SERVICES WE ALWAYS RETURNED TO WORD BY MOUTH TREE SERVICE. WE'VE WAITED UNTIL THEY'RE AVAILABLE. THEY PROVIDED SERVICES WITH CARE. THEY DON'T TAKE ADVANTAGES OF THE SITUATION.
