This team really cares about their work, and you can see it in the results! I have hired them on two occasions, once for restoring a tiled shower, and lately for cleaning and replacing grout on my tiled floors and shower, and bathtub tile surround which included some wall board replacement. One week ago, I found "The Grout Restorer" listed on Angi. Martin Cawley, the owner of the company made an appointment to come to my home and give me an estimate. Not only did he arrive on time but he also gave me a very fair estimate to repair the tile damage. Yesterday, he again showed up on time for his appointment to repair the tiles. He and his team did such professional work that you could not even tell that any tile damage ever existed. We had all three of our showers regrouted and caulked. They did a meticulous job in getting the old stuff out and cleaning the area up before reapplying new grout. Great and fast

Six tiles in the hallway popped up and tented. Martin cut them out without cracking any, cleaned them up, put them back down and grouted them. Can't tell where the problem had been. While he was doing that, his assistant went around and repaired all the chips in the tile in the rest of the house, which was not even part of the deal. Excellent to deal with - very efficient and friendly. Would definitely have them back if there is another problem.
