There job was to remove old grout where needed, CLEAN the old grout, and re-grout. The cleaning of the grout was completed by Robin; unfortunately she only clean every other grout line. Leaving a checkerboard pattern of light and dark grout. They never cleaned up after there were done.

Great attention to detail and very adept at handling the task at hand. Clearly, he is a seasoned professional. Highly recommend.

Excellent job fixing 7 floor tiles that had come loose. Grouting was perfectly matched to the original color. Also were able to rejuvenate shower tiles that needed new grout in places. Back looking like new.

I was so impressed with the two workers who arrived on tim, spent all day cleaning my dirty grout on their hands and knees..I felt bad for them to do it this way.They said machines don't clean as well. They did an excellent job!!!

Marty was the only contractor who would remove and salvage tile. Not one tile was broken in the process.

Martin replaced tile in the master bathroom and also did so in a second bathroom. He is extremely proffesional.

Good experience

Marty and his crew were absolutely amazing. After 20 years, I thought our shower tiles were never going to come clean again; I was ready to have them ripped out and redone for an astronomical price. Then we found The Grout Restorer; our shower tiles look brand new at a fraction of the cost. I would highly recommend Marty for your grout restoration projects.

Martin came out to give us an estimate., Very knowledge and made suggestions. Also told us where to order tile we need for another project. The tile setters were great. Excellent work. Also replaced some broken tile on floor of Kitchen and they are blended so good , you can't tell any were replaced.

Martin was personable, reliable and very experienced. He returned my call the same day, looked at the job and gave a quote that same day and finished the job the next day. My bathroom floor looks perfect!
