Marty arrived on time and was professional in his recommendation and service provided.

Quality of workmanship is not up to standards as expressed by the vendor. Strongly advise to use someone who has stronger warranty for the workmanship or use another firm to respond to issues if needed.

The Grout Restorer came in on time, told them the work that needed to be done, got right to work and was in and out in about two hours which I thought was great. Cleaned up after work was complete. The tile work that we had completed looks like it was the original. Very professional.

Marty runs an ethical business. He and his workers do quality work. They were on time. His pricing is very fair.

Initially he came out to assess the work and upon seeing the scope of work to be done, he got his tools and completed the work. Excellent work and I’m now able to use shower without the fear of it leaking downstairs into the kitchen. I will not hesitate hiring him to do the same work on my guest bath when the time comes.

Martin, the owner, was very pleasant and very professional. He was on time and took his time to complete the work to my satisfaction and to his. His knowledge and pride in what he does shows by his techniques, demeanor and the way he responds to your questions. I appreciate that he took the time to cover my counters and table to lessen the amount of tile dust from getting on them. I would use his services again and I would highly recommend him.

the owner is very nice and caring, the person he sent was not prepared, ran out of cleaner, rushed the end, didn't go over areas she pointed out as not getting as clean, did suggest staining the grout, very nice hard working woman.

They don't rush through the job and made sure I was happy before leaving. They arrived on time, a definite plus.
