All this Albert did with a cheerful elan and a "can-do" attitude. Albert was always punctual. He's a hard worker giving good measure for what he is paid. Frankly, I think he did not estimate enough for what he did, but he stuck with the price given. Albert was a cheerful companion on the road, and an excellent driver (has a CDL). I cannot say enough about his excellent personal demeanor and work ethic. Albert is a jewel among the stones. I'm glad a friend of ours recommended him to us. There's a real friend. Albert is capable of much more in the way of handyman services, such as drywall repair, light fixture replacement, cleaning drains, etc. The friend who recommended him to us uses him for maintaining her rental property, and is very pleased with his work. The name of his Company "Squqre One Handyman Services" says it all. Albert is square as a brick and just as dependable.
