 + -1 moreI turned him down for this job on his high price and the fact that he insists on all payment up front prior to starting the job. DO NOT CONSIDER HIM FOR ANY WORK.
Description of Work: Construction Service - specifically doing pool screen enclosures - Rus came out to provide a quote on extending a screen enclosure, pouring concrete, finishing the concrete in acrylic finish to match the existing pool deck, remove old concrete sidewalk, and obtain all necessary permits. Original bid was a bit high but he made the short list. When I asked him to provide his best price, he told me that he does not finance jobs but insists on all payment up front. I selected a much more reputable vendor (Ed Senez Aluminum) to do the work. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH A CONTRACTOR THAT WANTS MONEY UP FRONT, THEN RUNS.
