+ -1 moreI KNOW IT WASN'T REALLY GOOD. THEY WERE RUDE. WHEN THEY CAME OUT TO FIX IT, THEY DIDN'T BRING ALL THE STUFF THEY NEEDED TO FIX IT, SO THEY HAD TO COME BACK. THEY DIDN'T COME BACK UNTIL TWO WEEKS LATER. WHEN THEY CAME BACK EVERYTHING WAS FIXED, BUT IT WAS ONLY SIX MONTHS OLD. THERE WASN'T A REASON FOR THE MOTOR TO GO OUT.
Description of Work: THEY HAD TO REPAIR A MOTOR ON THE SPA.

+ -1 moreTHE COMPANY RESCHEDULED FROM THEIR ORIGINAL DELIVERY DATE TO ANOTHER. WHEN THEY DID DELIVER THE HEAT PUMP, THEY INSTALLED AND PLUMPED IT TO THE POOL PUMP. HOWEVER, THEY DID NOT DO ANY ELECTRICAL WORK.
Description of Work: THEY DELIVERED AND INSTALLED A HEAT PUMP THAT I BOUGHT FOR MY POOL AS WELL AS THE PAD THE PUMP SITS ON AND AN ADDITIONAL PLASTIC PIPE WAS NEEDED. INSTALLATION WAS INCLUDED IN THE PURCHASE PRICE.
