+ -1 moreArranged directly w Owner and estimate provided by owner with very responsive follow up. Sent 2 techs and trucks to ensure whole job could be finished in 1 day. Techs were very knowledgeable, arrived early and were very polite and professional in dealing w me and my wife.
Description of Work: Steam cleaned carpet, cleaned, polished tiles and sealed grout in 3900 sqft 2-story house.

+ -1 moreWe have been doing business with Prestige for 12 years. They always seem to have some kind of deal going in the local flyers. When we 1st hired them it was $99. And now the same service is $115. Thats not bad for inflation. As usual they showed up early (a little) They always call ahead so theres no surprise. They are very professional, prompt and courteous. They always say what they are going to do, no add-on surprises, like some companies. If they say $115, that's what you will pay. They are able to get out most stains, even ones the other guys (or us) can't. So we don't bother with the other guys any more. They act like they appreciate the fact that we chose them over someone else. They come, they get the job done, and they are gone. Within about 2 hours the carpet is dry. I trust these guys with my wife, if I am not around.
