Not only did they promised a $25 gift card for keeping me waiting two hours when I shared with them that was too little they refused and now after four phone calls and text to a District Manager no return calls...they tell you what they want you to hear and then fail. So, if you do not want to wait two hours and then you change the tire yourself call someone else!
Description of Work: Stay away from this company a total rip off they told me it would be 45 min it ended up being two hours by that tine I changed the tire myself and they still billed the insurance company.

Kanden was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were originally scheduled for him to come out on Saturday afternoon but they had warned me that they were quite busy. As the day got later Kanden called me several times to update me with his timing and finally we decided to have him come on Sunday afternoon. He called me to let me know what time he would arrive. He was quick and prompt and offered us a few options to save us money. He didn't mind our dog who was curious as to what he was doing. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Removed broken, locked door knob. Replaced bolt in knob that we already owned and matched other existing locks.

Description of Work: I had a POD delivered with 2 high-security curved locks on it. Unfortunately, I had left the keys to open them in Virginia. I know. So, with movers coming the following day, I needed a locksmith to cut them off. It was Saturday, and I figured it would be easy to find a locksmith. I called two that weren't open on the weekend. Really?! And one that was too busy to help me. These guys were there in 20 minutes. The guy was driving a nice van that was professionally painted for the company, he had a uniform on, and he was polite, quick and very professional. I liked him so much, I decided to have the locks on my new home changed since he was there. I would HIGHLY recommend this company, and would definitely use them again!

They were really good. It was very good, we had lost the automatic opener to the car and he came out and did it. He made the keys right there. I was going to be charged like 600 dollars at the dealer. He reprogrammed the car and set the codes.

The locksmith rep did a great job. He was very friendly and proffesional. My only criticism what that he was thirty minutes late to the appointment time we set. Other than that the experience was great.

They did a good job. They were available to come over and came over within an hour. They were efficient and got the job done. There were no complications. The price was about right. I would use them again.

They were very punctual when I called them and they came when they said they would come. The work was done for a very reasonable price. They did very good work and they did it fast.
Description of Work: I used Pop-A-Lock to replace all the locks in my wife's folk's house when they passed away. They put in all new locks. They also changed locks and rekeyed some locks.

Locked myself out of my condo. Called Pop-A-Lock in Altamonte Springs; they said they could have someone there to pick the lock withing 30 minutes, for $50. The locksmith arrived in less than 30 minutes, was professional and friendly, and got the door open within about 10 minutes. No damage to my lock or door, as promised. I had to show evidence that I am indeed the owner - that's professional, and it may be the law, I don't know for sure. Good service and price. Would use them again or recommend.

The first call was to the Pop a Lock customer service was great the lady informed me someone out in the field would call. She referred me to Rafeal who quickly called and was out and changed the locks in less than an hour.

They were very quick; I had to get to work so they put me on their priority list. The price was reasonable. I had to get some new car keys made but the overall experience was great.

I was so surprised on how quickly they came, which was within a an hour. They were very responsive, helpful and the guy who came out was very nice and. I would recommend them.
Description of Work: Pop a Lock came to get my key out of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. This took no less than 5 minutes.

I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS EXTREMELY REASONABLE, AND THEY WERE THERE REALLY QUICKLY. I EXPECTED IT TO COST A LOT MORE THAN THIRTY EIGHT DOLLARS. HE WAS THERE SO QUICK, IT TOOK ME LONGER TO FIND THE NUMBER AND CALL HIM THAN IT DID FOR HIM TO GET THERE.
