+ -1 moreIt was a very positive experience, mostly thanks to Robert Lucero, who was with me from start to finish. He was professional, highly knowledgeable, pleasant and always returned calls promptly. He dealt with my insurance company and was able to get my roof paid for by them because of the damage from the hurricanes. The other roofing estimators who came out before him didn't bother even mentioning that I could file a claim. Robert Lucero is worth his wait in gold. If only every service company had employees like him!
Description of Work: They replaced my entire roof. Roof was old plus had some hurricane damage (some tiles missing, debris under tiles.) All work was completed in 2 days.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. WHEN THEY FIRST CAME OUT TO GIVE US THE QUOTE I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BECAUSE THEY HAD A WHOLE PACKAGE OF MATERIALS. THEY CAME VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FROM NEIGHBORS. THEY DID THE WORK WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO IT.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED THE ENTIRE ROOF. WE LOST SHINGLES DURING HURRICANE. THEY REPLACED PATCHES OF WOOD, TAR PAPER, AND SHINGLES.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID A GREAT JOB. THE PANEL WAS REPLACED. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK IS FINE, AND I DON'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT AFTER THEY ARE THROUGH. THE SCREEN IS SEALED IN NOW.
Description of Work: IT WAS TO REPLACE A SINGLE SCREEN PANEL THAT WAS DAMAGED IN A SCREENED PORCH.
