+ 0 moreI'll say the price was good, but MAN do you get what you pay for!!! He cut corners at EVERY opportunity, complained the entire time, did NOT clean up after himself and did not finish the touch up. I eventually agreed to finish the job myself just to get him out of my house. The paint job was done well, but he busted the door frame hanging the first door (then said that always happens), broke an imported Italian vase, stepped thru my toilet lid and broke it, didn't come prepared with water and food & expected me to provide him water and snacks and to go pick up lunch and was very unprofessional. BE VERY SPECIFIC ON YOUR AGREED UPON SERVICES FOR THE PRICE UP FRONT IN WRITING!!!!! Put EVERY detail in writing from moving furniture to paint to wiping up spilled paint on the floor! Don't let him leave expecting him to return and fix ANYTHING! He won't!

Description of Work: We used Painters Plus to paint our office building. It's an 1800 sq ft stand alone building. Ricardo and his team did a great job. They were here early each day to get the work done. They stayed out of our way and it was a pretty seamless process. Nice job Painters Plus!!! A+ Work.

+ -1 moreOur building was in need of a facelift. We spoke to several painters, all had good comments but Painters Plus took special care in discussing our options, colors, and fit into our budget. They were very diligent to get the project completed in a timely fashion and they did their best to not disrupt our workflow. The building had some cracks in the stucco and they sealed the cracks, patched a few spots, sealed the building and then painted the soffits, body and trim, all with two coats. It looks great and we’d recommend them to anyone. Thank you Painters Plus.
