EXCELLENT

The owner of this company is correct in his assessment. I did not call to complain or give them the opportunity to address or correct my concern. I choose to go elsewhere. Angie's list called me about 1 week ago to ask me about my experience with this provider. They said they were just following up on their members. They asked me the questions that was originally answered on this report. I mistakenly but unintentionally quoted them the incorrect amount of what I was charged. My whole ordeal with my computer landed up costing me about $400, of which only $168 was from Onsyte. Angie's List then went and posted this report as if I had done so myself. I did NOT post this original report but I did answer their questions, some of it with incorrect information. I apologize for that. I had no intention of posting any report and most certainly not so many months after the fact. If I had wanted to post a report myself, I would have done so at the time. This report was posted by Angie's List 5 months later. I did not call Onsyte back and had chosen to just go elsewhere. I am very sure that if I had called to complain at the time, my complaints would have been addressed appropriately. I apologize to the owner of Onsyte Computers for the inaccurate information and am addressing the actions and response of Angie's List in posting this report as if I had done so myself. All I was asked is if they could use my name to which I answered yes, not expecting it to be posted. I thought it was just a report they kept on file to keep track of their vendors. This whole experience has turned out to be very upsetting for both me and poorly affected Onsyte computer services. At this time my disappointment is more with this service than it ever was with Onsyte and I feel as if I have wasted my money with them.

They did a good job. The price was reasonable for the work they did. The experience was excellent. They were very professional and knowledgeable.

My hard drive was not working properly. He gave me an appointment and came out right on time. He came out a second time to repair it and did it well. He had advertised his service through a flier and had charged only according to his advertisement. I was very happy with that. He did what I needed for the right price. He just did a great job.

It went excellent. They came out to my house to look at it before they did the work. After they did some testing they took it in. They were able to do the work in one day, they then brought it back and hooked it all back up and made sure it was still working the way it should have been. They did that all less than what they had originally told me it would cost.

Work was fine in general. Had to return with the unit myself, due to a minor technical issue, which they resolved right there. Still, had to go back myself. Would use again if I required a major problem, or had a small-business networking issue.

THEY CAME IN TEN MINUTES EARLIER THAN THEY SAID, AND THEY ALSO CAME IN ON A SATURDAY WHICH WAS CONVENIENT FOR US. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND GOT TO THE PROBLEM QUICKLY. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
