He came within the hour, but couldn't re-key due to different variety of locks on all doors. He refused payment even though he'd made the trip. Should I require the services of a locksmith, I'd call him.

Excellent service. I called in the morning and discussed what I was looking for and needed a quote. They were able to send someone out a few hours later. Tony arrived, went over options and he gave me a price. The work was done quickly and works great. Highly recommend.

I had the occasion to use a locksmith several times over the last year. After trying other locksmiths and being frustrated with the competition, I found Liberty to be extremely professional and have used them to help with the security of several office locations.

Tony was the installer. He arrived sooner than I expected - very quick. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and knew just what to do. The lock was replaced and works well. He also took it upon himself to adjust the door closer to make the door operate better. We were very pleased with Tony.

Had a new Pella door installed that came with a 3-point locking system. The key cylinder was not compatible with the existing locks (Kwikset) in my house. The technician was able to replace the cylinder with one that was compatible with the Kwikset cylinder and re-keyed it to the rest of the locks. The service tech, Will, was very professional and "knew his stuff". I will definitely use Liberty Locksmiths again if the need arises.

Mark showed up when expected and was professional and courteous. Besides rekeying 6 locks, he even fixed the lock on our sliding door. Will definitely use them in the future.

Will showed up early after calling ahead. He was very friendly and professional. He confirmed with me the type of knob and deadbolt he was installing. He informed me that 2 keys came with the set and asked me how many keys I wanted. After installing the knob and deadbolt he informed me that the dead bolt hole was not deep enough for a firm lock. He first asked if I wanted to do it myself and after I defered to him, offered to do it himself. He informed me at the time that it would be an extra charge for the service to which I agreed. After this was done he pointed out that the dead bolt face plate was not flush with the door jam and once again said that it was something I could do myself or he could do it himself. When he was finished he had me try the new keys out and let me know that the knob and deadbolt locked in opposite ways. He informed me that he tightened the hinges on the door. He oiled the key holes and cleaned up the saw dust from the drilling. After this was all done we went over the bill item by item. He asked me if he covered everything. The price of the door knob installed was more than what I was quoted originally. He honored the original quoted price. All and all I was very happy with the service. I would definitely recommend Liberty Locksmiths to anyone who might ask.

It was a great service, from the friendly person taking the initial call to the engineer who arrived on site to change the lock. The engineer arrived on time was courteous, professional and offered some great advice

The serviceman showed up when he said he would and fixed our lock without replacing it - which would have been more expensive. He offered to fix our door which wasn't properly aligned. He did a great job!

Great experience from the phone call to discuss service. When date/time was requested I was advised when was best and why (other companies wouldnt/havent done that, just end up calling after waiting only to find the will be late). Scott arrived on time, extremely professional and helpful. Explained to me in advance that he handle I purchased was a different size and therefore my front door would require touch up painting and a new screw to fill an open hole. He let me know to make sure I wanted to move forward vs. just re-keying for now. He didnt have to say anything. He let me know throughout what he was doing. When he was done, my particular lock came with a re-keying system. Scott took the time to walk me through activating and deactivating other keys. While Liberty does not work on Automotive locks they were able to refer me to someone that does. I've used another local locksmith service in the past, had them scheduled for this one but cancelled as I had a better "feeling" from Liberty when calling to inquire. I'll definitely stick with Liberty for all of my locksmith needs.

Wonderful, the locksmith was able to pick the lock and allow me inside to tend to the cat.

I was surprised to see Rob the owner at my door step working on Labor Day. I asked Rob why? He replayed " I don't ask of my employees that I don't do myself." At this point I knew I called the right Locksmith. 1. Communicated effectively - Liberty listened first and had a full understand of my concern and needs. Rob explained he was finishing a job and gave an arrival time and a follow up call when he was 10 min away. Breath of fresh air. 2. Right Solution - Liberty nailed the right products I needed and had them in stock. 3. Timely - Liberty was to my house within a couple of hours. 4.
