Liberty was very responsive to my request for an estimate and communicated with me to confirm the appointment and arrival time. Rob explained the value of the safe (high, good asset to have in my home), and the cost to open it. He did that expertly and showed me what needed to be done and explained as he did it, while I watched. In the end I have a working safe, a combination I chose, and a very clean/neat area where Rob worked. Rob was punctual, professional, communicative, honest, informative and affordable. I would definitely use his services again and recommend him to others.

The whole process worked amazingly well from sending a message through Angie's List, to the follow up for scheduling, and the service from the technician onsite. I contacted them night before and by next day we scheduled visit. We had suspected that possibly someone had been in our home without our knowing. To support several service providers, as well as our daughters having keys, we had given keys to those that need them. After considering that we may not have had anyone in the house, we decided to get the house re-keyed anyway. I researched though Angie's list and LIberty Locksmith's had numerous reviews and almost every one of them was super positive. On Friday, I set up an appointment to have someone out to the house for this afternoon. Bill called me before the scheduled time and informed me that he was early and waiting in front of the house for when I arrived. He was extremely professional, listened intently to our concerns, and recommended some additional safety measures that we should consider. He looked at each door, said it would take about an hour to perform all work and did so efficiently and quietly. He presented me with the extra spare keys and his charge was EXACTLY as he advised at the beginning of the appointment. I was very pleased with the service and level of professionalism that everyone else commented about in earlier reviews. These guys' are the best! Thank you, Bill!

I arrived home at almost 9 pm to find my elderly and confused neighbor shuffling across my yard, looking for help because she was locked out of her house. I called 911, but they told me to call a locksmith. I called Liberty based on the reviews here. Rob told me he'd be here in 25 minutes and he was. The job ended up being more complicated than expected, but he had all the parts, took extra time to repair a part of the door that hadn't worked properly in 40 years, and was very patient with the confused neighbor. All this for a reasonable price for a late call. I would definitely call Liberty Locksmith again!

He didn't charge me at all. He came in and looked over my concern and he assured me that everything was okay. My experience with him was very good. I like their professionalism and their knowledge.

They bought locking door handles which matched the existing hardware in the house. Showed up on time. They were in and out in a little over an hour and did a good job at a reasonable price.

Talk about response time! I had a reply to my request almost immediately. I followed up as I did not provide a phone number in my request to get them scheduled. They were on my doorstep within an hour. Daniel came in (it started pouring rain but he kept going) and got right to work. He discussed options for additional locks before installing. He was professional, precise and great to work with.

The technician was extremely professional. He even called the day of the service to see if he could come by early since his previous appointment had cancelled. He was very fast and efficient. We would definitely use this company again and would recommend to everyone!

It went well. The technician they sent out came to my home on time and performed the rekeying in record time. Would recommend!

The communication was very good as Liberty called the day of service to let us know that the technician would be running late and asked if it would be okay if they widened the window regarding the arrival time. As it turned out Rob showed up at the original time scheduled and even called to let us know he was on his way to the house from his previous call. Rob, the owner of Liberty Locksmith got right to work and willingly answered the multiple questions I had about the deadbolt replacement process and his company in general. One of the 3 doors needed to be re-drilled based on a poor installation job by the original subcontractor. Rob recognized the problem, pointed it out to me and quickly re-drilled the hole to make the deadbolt fit safely and securely. We are very pleased with the quality of the product installed and the professional manner that the process was handled by Liberty Locksmith.

My granddaughter and 3 year old daughter were housesitting our home and locked themselves outside with keys. Called Bill, Liberty Locksmith, Apopka, FL, and he responded very quickly, assessed their situation and unlocked a door for them. He was professional, efficient, and very reasonable in his charges (Angie's discount made it even better)!!

He took care of the business and it was really easy. I really enjoyed my experience with them. There were no hidden fees which I liked. He was very curteous and his customer service was outstanding.

Very satisfied. The scheduler was pleasant and efficient, and the locksmith arrived on time and was able to complete the job in less time than scheduled, even after I realized I needed one more lock added to order. Pricing was exactly as quoted (by unit price) with no surprises or extras being tacked on. Definitely will use them again if and when needed.

Liberty was great -- the locksmith replaced one lock, re-keyed the other to match the new lock, and was able to replace mailbox lock as well. One of the two doors weren't securing properly, and the locksmith made some adjustments so it worked better. I see both of those as going above what I asked them to do. He arrived on-time and was up-front about the costs. I hope I never have to use them again, but they are in my favorites if I do!

We scheduled an appointment. However, I had to cancel due to time restraints. They called me right back and they were accommodating. Everything were fine.

Rob offered to come on the same day, a Saturday, and did not charge overtime. He was punctual and courteous and cleaned up after himself. He also gave us a discount. Overall very satisfied with the service.

Showed up within 40 minutes of a last minute call during the day. Quickly installed several locks on multiple doors for my guest house. Some of the doors required holes to be cut for double locks with dead bolts. All completed quickly and professionally. Liberty is now my preferred locksmith.
