Description of Work: He re-keyed 10 or so locks. The price was very reasonable. I called a few other companies who had more ratings on Angie's List first. (all said they were too busy) I called Liberty and he was very responsive to my need of same day service. He was in and out in a flash and did a great job.

Description of Work: The first email notice I received from the company stated that there would be an additional $73.00 as a service fee that was not stated in the fine print. That would be an additional 150% more than I paid for the deal. I canceled the appointment and called Angie's list for a refund. The support people were very helpful. In a subsequent email from Liberty Locksmith, they wrote, "We have been diligently working with Angie's List to resolve the misleading ad." Apparently, they are trying to blame Angie's List for not "resolving" the misleading ad because they have been "diligently working" with you.

Description of Work: Scott came out the day I called and estimated the door bolt and a few possible options. He could not come out for 3 days due to a truck breaking down and time needed to get fixed. Another person came out and did a good job. I was concerned about the door because it did not have a strong bolt, but my neighbor was watching for me.
