Our locksmith, Greg, was very professional and completed his work quickly. He was very knowledgable and pleasant through the process. I would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended.

Scott showed up promptly and was very proficient in analyzing what needed to be done and then getting to work! Very happy with his work and professionalism.

6 locks had to be re-keyed to a new single key. One lock set had to be replaced.

We had recently bought a new house and Rob came out the day we called to change our locks for us. The previous owners had four different keys (therefore different locks) on the different doors into the house! I had left those keys (except front door) at our old house that day and Rob was still able to work without them. We wanted one key that would unlock all the locks and so he rekeyed those locks, replaced flip deadbolts with keyed deadbolts on three other doors (and keyed those), fixed a bathroom pool door lock that was put in wrong and even helped me out with a sliding glass door that wouldn't shut properly! He also added an additional deadbolt to our front door which he had to drill and left no mess at all when he was done! Perfect! I asked a lot of safety questions and he answered all the questions/concerns that I had. I would absolutely call this company again!

Greg came out the same day I called. He arrived on time. He was cheerful and offered several suggestions which I appreciated. He cheerfully accepted the Angies List coupon. He worked quickly and efficiently. I will use him again.

They were very helpful. They showed up on time and were polite and knowledgeable. They did waive a part of the fee and our experience with them after the job was very pleasing. They showed up and didn't charge a late fee. The guy who came was really nice and did the work professionally. Even the receptionist at their office was nice.

I needed to have to locks changed at my house. I called Liberty Locksmith and Mark arrived within the hour. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He quickly and neatly changed 9 locks in my house and also rebuilt a lock to restore it to working condition. It was a very positive experience!

Excellent. I had purchased door locks for two doors. I installed the one on back door effortlessly. However the one for front door was more difficult, so I decided to have an expert do the work. Liberty came out immediately, on the weekend, and finished the work very quickly. I was impressed with the skill and professionalism of the installer. I strongly recommend this company.

"Rob" was very helpful and informative. He offered suggestions to improve our security while also being concerned with keeping the cost as reasonable as possible for us. Since we are new to the area, he suggested Angies List to find local contractors which is proving to be a huge help to us.

After explaining what I wanted to Greg, he thought I'd probably need a strike plate, bigger deadbolt, longer screws for my door hinges at an approximate cost of $130-$140. I thought it was reasonable, so I decided to go with Liberty because they were also highly rated on AL and they had a 10% off coupon. They came out the same day. My partner handled the service call and when I called to see how things went, I was told that they had installed a strike plate and nothing more. For that we were charged $65 for the service call, $55 for the strike plate and $25 for the installation. I called Liberty back and explained that I thought I was getting a deadbolt, etc, and they immediately sent Bill the tech back out, at which time he installed the deadbolt. When I got home later that day, I saw that we still didn't have the longer screws for the door hinges and the deadbolt did not turn smoothly. So the next morning I called Liberty again and spoke to Greg, explaining that I wasn't happy because we hadn't gotten the screws we had discussed and the deadbolt was rough to operate. Greg agreed to send Bill out again at my convenience. Later that day, Bill came back out, installed the longer screws and adjusted the deadbolt. It started out rough, but I thought they had great customer service and eventually I received what I wanted.

I asked for quotes from several companies. Though Liberty was not the cheapest, Gregg was able to answer my queries promptly and make recommendations as to what to do. I was also able to make the appointment the same day which was a Saturday. He arrived promptly and did the work efficiently. He also looked at the other locks around the house and checked and made sure that everything was working properly. This was just added service and wasn't charged to us. He only charged us what was quoted over the phone even with the added service. He also made recommendations as to how to maintain our locks and what brands to get next time should we decide to change locks, etc. He patiently answered my questions and explained items that i needed clarifications with.

I made an appointment for two days out. He was on time and very professional and pleasant. Asked what I wanted and told me how much and how long. Finished work in a little over an hour. Gave mt the number of extra keys I wanted. Cleaned up.

Showed up promptly after calling to say he was on his way and immediately started to work. He finished in about three hours. Was polite and professional. I have already recommended Liberty to two friends.

Each time we have used Liberty they have come out within hours of our call and completed the job quickly and professionally.

Marc arrived early, he replaced a lock on the sliding glass door and he actually had to make a part to make the new lock function. He was in and out in 15 minutes. He was a very nice man. I have already recommended him to a friend.
