Liberty Locksmiths

I recently needed two locks re-keyed immediately. One lock needed a replacement cylinder, so it was more than a simple re-key. Liberty answered my call at 9:00am, and by 1:00 pm the SAME DAY their tech was working on the doors and finished in no time at all. Liberty is fast, efficient, professional and affordable. I will certainly use them again in the future.

Great service on phone and in person. Called an hour before appointment to tell me he might be 10 minutes late (due to GPS estimations)...and he was right on time. :) Very friendly and personable. Even fixed some other lock related issues when he was there. Great service, would highly recommend them. Only gave a "B" for price because I didn't feel like it was a bargain...but priced similar to others.

We originally planned to change all the locks on our new home. When Scott arrived, he informed us that he could easily just rekey our locks and save us some money. We were very grateful at this suggestion. This is a testament to the type of company they are and we would not hesitate to use them again in the futures

I was very pleased with the service. The locksmith was polite, friendly, and kept me informed on what he was doing. When I called to schedule the service, they offered to come out same day, which I was happy to note. I scheduled the actual service for a few days later when I knew I would be home. I will absolutely make them my first call in the future if I need this service again. Side note: They forgot to give me my Angie's List discount, but I forgot to remind the locksmith, and the service, even without the discount, was reasonably priced, in my opinion.

The service call went very well. Scott rekeyed the 3 door locks and made us some spare keys. We had a keypad lock on the front door. Scott changed the code for us and then provided instructions on the to change and delete codes. He also showed me how to replace the battery when necessary. I was extremly happy with the service call and would call them again if I need any locksmith services.

I called Liberty Locksmiths because the main door latch/lock on our front entrance door would not work. We could not open the door. I called late one day and they sent a locksmith out for 11:00 the following day. He arrived right on time. He dismantled the lock and immediately located the broken part. He had a replacement latch in his truck, installed it, and reassembled the lock/handle set and was on his way. It took only about 15 minutes. We highly recommend them and will only use them in the future.

Very well, I contacted the company and was scheduled for the same day! No extra charges. I used my Angie's List coupon which saved me on the total cost. Marc one of the employees came out to my home and was professional and completed the task quickly. I was impressed that Marc was knowledgeable about the work to be done, and it was done impeccable. I would highly recommend Liberty, and use them again! A great company.

The interaction with the gentleman that came was very good. He was good and thorough at explaining what he was doing, which was actually very interesting. I really feel secure now that he explained things to me with the locks. He was informative, knew what he was doing, and on point. I would recommend Liberty Locksmiths to others.

I called Liberty this morning shortly after 8am, hoping to have someone come out to rekey three locks today. I was given an appointment for 11:30am. At 11:30am, Bill called to say he would be about 1/2 late, due to the appointment before us being much more detailed than the customer has described when making the appointment. I was very appreciative of the heads up on running late. My goal was just to get this handled today. Bill showed up exactly at noon and had the locked rekeyed and a total of four keys made within an hour. I also asked if he could do anything with a pantry door that would no longer "click" shut and could be opened by just pushing it. He quickly fixed that. I was very impressed with both the professionalism, quality of the work and the price. Would definitely use them again for any locksmith needs and recommend to anyone needing services.

I placed a call late Saturday, just after listed business hours to have all the locks in my new home re-keyed. 45 minutes later, the entire job was complete! Super quick response and great customer service. Will definitely be using again.

Scott came out to my new house and re-keyed 10 locks and I had 4 new keys made. Scott was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me what he was doing. He found a dead bolt lock that was not properly installed on one of the doors and corrected the problem at no extra charge. I was very impressed with his service and will definitely use Liberty Locksmiths again.

Scott, Liberty locksmith extrodinnaire, called me a day before he was to instasll the locks I told his company on the phone I thought I needed, and asked if he could come check everything out in advance to be sure what I asked for was what I really needed and to be sure that on install day he had all the correct locks, parts, etc. As it turned out what I thought I needed wasn't what I really needed to better secure my home - which had been robbed the week before. Scott made informed suggestions including ways I could have better security at a lower price. He returned the following day right on time. He keyed the new locks I needed to the keys I already had (and that my relatives had) so I wouldn't have to buy and pass out new keys to everyone. The latch plates to be installed on the outside of my French doors only come in a few colors. Scott took it upon himself to paint them a color more suited to the doorknobs I had. WHO DOES THAT!!!??? I was so grateful and so impressed. Scott was very neat, clean, professional and knowledgable. I would definitely recomend Liberty Locksmiths, and most especially Scott to anyone who needs locksmith type work.

Needed to change locks to house. Called Liberty, they came out next day...rekeyed all locks and madeduplicates. Quick and painless..Very professional.

I called the office to schedule an appointment. They scheduled it quickly. The locksmith came on time. He had the opportunity to replace everything as I was ready for that to happen and told him so upon arrival. He said that was not necessary after a quick look that he could repair it all easily. He took things to his truck and fixed them...put the door lock back into place. All this was done quickly. The fee was certainly reasonable. He was quite professional. I intend to use them again one day when needed.
