+ 3 moreThe work started off great, the very quickly removed everything old that needed to go. Some changes were made as the construction process started and this is where the problems began. They did not communicate their intended price increases to us until after the work was done at which time they raised the price by 50%. After the disagreement on pricing, they seemed to go nearly silent on communication on the work that was being done. After conflicting information on a couple of conversations on site, we decided to not have them finish the work. This resulted in a series of very bitter and nasty emails from Key Rose, Inc. We will never use this company again and would highly advise no-one else use them either.
Description of Work: Renovated a master bathroom including demolition of old tile, fixtures and cabinets, installed travertine, new shower, cabinets and sinks.

+ 7 moreKey Rose did an outstanding job on the Kitchen Remodel! The house was built in 1964 so there were some hidden items they were not found during the bidding of the job. They had a work around for all of the items and the final product was gorgeous. They worked late at night and on weekends to reduce the time of the total job. It took about 6 weeks for the total job. They met with us every day to go over what has to be accomplished for that day and also what is ahead for the week. We felt very comfortable with the team and gave them access to the house without us being there. The permits were pulled and the inspections passed with no problems. Description of Work: Spoke with Scott regarding an addition on my home that is leaking. He offered several solutions and stated he would email his estimate to me. Never heard from him. Not sure if he forgot about it or just felt the job was too small or what. Seemed like a nice guy and was willing to try to give me a decent price and options. UPDATE: Due to miscommunication we have gotten together to discuss the quote. Scott was very professional and I would highly recommend him!

Description of Work: Scott poured footers to go underneath a backroom addition (I had purchased the house without knowing the original owners added a room and didn't pour any footers). He dug underneath the slab, and framed and poured footers with rebar.

Description of Work: We had a leak under the stucco which ruined the exterior and interior walls. Scott used a nifty device to show us exactly where the leak was located, then repaired the leak, dried out the wall, repaired the plaster and painted. We look like new again!

Description of Work: We have used Scott over the years for many remodel projects. He has removed interior walls, textured walls, painted, built a deck the entire length of our house, repaired and added to our dock, added a roof over the deck, built a new greenhouse for my orchids, pressure cleaned several houses, repaired water damaged walls, rebuilt house foundation, demolition work, new kitchen, new bathrooms (tile, tubs, etc), rebuilt rotted mudroom walls under existing roof, built handicamp ramp, and the list goes on!
