Dominic showed up on time, was very personable, knowledgeable, and best of all for a home inspector, he was "detailed oriented". He gave you enough information, but did not go on and on about the unimportant. I would highly recommend Dominic to anyone!

I was having a major disagreement with my contractor and was thinking about taking him to court. I knew I needed an expert opinion, I called up the owner and he got out here the same day. He was very professional, took a lot of pictures and wrote a report I was able to stick in the contractor's face. It got the guy off the dime and we were able to get good work. He wrote up a thorough and professional report with photos, he looked in all the right places and I felt very good about him.

Dominick was punctual and prepared to do the inspection. He asked me prior to beginning the inspection if I had any concerns about the property and briefed me on the scope of the inspection. He spent over three hours inspecting the residence. He would periodically discuss his findings, along with areas of concern. Overall I was very impressed with the scope of his work and identification of potentially expensive repairs. After he completed the inspection he discussed his findings and overall impressions of the property, and clarified any concerns that I had.

Dominic was very courteous and professional. He showed up right on time and explained what would be included in the inspection. He did a very thorough job and included helpful maintenance tips. I never felt that he was in a hurry; he would recheck any problem areas when necessary and explained issues in an easy to understand manner. Most importantly, Dominic identified several key problems with the house, which were detailed in his report (made available the same day). I was very satisfied with Dominic's services

Dominic performed an inspection on a house we are planning to purchase. He was extremely thorough, helpful, patient, and explained everything in ways we could understand and also answered questions regarding how we could repair items ourselves, or what type of repair person we would need for particular repairs, and approximate costs of any repairs. Dominic has obviously been doing inspections for a while, and is extremely knowledgeable about houses, appliances, equipment, and anything else you might find in a house. He is also one of the most polite people you could ever hope to meet, we would be lucky to work with someone like him in the future. Also, he provided us with the inspection within 3 hours of us leaving the house. We are extremely confident in Dominic's findings, and really don't feel like we could have asked for anything more in an inspector. The price was very reasonable. We will absolutely recommend Dominic to everyone we know! Thank you Dominic!

Dominic is very professional, courtesy, thorough, and responsive. He provided a very detail inspection reports online with many pictures to show you the issues. You can review the reports online instantly and frequently. I also called and emailed him many times to ask questions and the conditions of the property. He was very patient and tried to explain everything to you clearly. He also recommended contractors, plumbers, electrician, A/C companies he knows when I asked for recommendation. His service was way beyond what an inspector should do. He is excellent! You won't regret to hire him to do the inspection service.

Dominic was on time, courteous, and professional. When asked if he minded if we would be at the house with him while he was performing the inspection, he said he preferred that as he'd be able to call us aside to show us problems or concerns. He pointed out many issues that needed attention, educating us on building materials and potential future problems. Dominic has a very kind and personable demeanor and he followed up with a detailed online report that was very helpful in assisting us with negotiating a better deal on our home. The only thing I wish I had heard from him was that the house had a septic tank. The property we purchased never listed a septic system in the sales information, nor did Dominic alert us to the fact that the house had a septic system. To be fair, however, his company is upfront about not inspecting septic systems. So when he says he does not inspect septic systems, he's serious.

The day after I called the service, the inspector did the inspection. In addition to the formal details, he also pointed out to me some other matters that should be attended to when possible. Within the week, I received the official form required. A capable, professional service all the way.

Everything went smoothly. We were very pleased. Mr. D'Agostino was able to come out in short notice and work within our limited schedule. He arrived early and handled himself in a very professional manner. The detailed inspection report with photos was delivered the next day.

He did a great job. He looked for things that were failing, code violations, potential problems, and saftey issues. He discovered a small pin-hole leak at the water heater that the owners didn't know about. He check appliances, outlets, swithces, fireplace, chimney, a/c system, irrigation system, insulation, attic, exterior, roof, bathroom fixtures and plumbing, moisture content behind shower walls, the pool, and much more. He noticed an area on the ceiling that had had a prior leak. It was barely even noticeable, but he caught it. I would not have seen it, unless he pointed it out. We were very impressed with the quality of attention to detail, and the knowledge he possessed. The realtor was also impressed. The current homeowners who were moving, wished they could use his services in another state.
