Dominic was thorough and his communication was excellent. I am a reluctant landlord who lives approximately 3,000 miles away from my property and could not assess the home's current condition on my own. Dominic was able to schedule a home inspection for the week following my call. After I received the detailed report, he spent about 45 minutes on the phone answering my questions. He helped me understand which repairs were most urgent and which could be postponed. I was disappointed to learn the extent of the repairs required, but now have a solid plan to make all repairs within the next three years. His service has been invaluable to me, and he continues to be open to any follow-up questions I have. I would definitely use him again.

Dominic from Home Pride Inspection Services Inc did a really great job for us. I liked his attention to detail, he was very thorough, and he presented the final product in a very organized way. We got a very detailed report from him with pictures. That was very helpful to us since we were far away. I don't think he could have done anything differently. He even sent us a thank you note after the inspection was over. As far as business and professionalism Dominic from Home Pride Inspection Services Inc was awesome.

Home Pride Inspection Services Inc is top-rate. I highly recommend this company. They were very professional. They did a thorough job like no other. I couldn't recommend them enough, they were fantastic. His name is Dominic and he just did a fantastic job. He gave me very thorough reports with pictures and pointing out things that needed some attention and repair. I was up in the attic during extensive research on what was going on up there and honestly he's got a top-rate fantastic job. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dominic did an excellent job. He met me at the home promptly and started inspection outside. He started with the pool , the screening, the outside of the house and then he came in and checked all the appliances and all the windows and plumbing. He checked the electric and then went out to the garage, and then attic. He checked for leaks in the roof. He went on the roof and checked the outside of the roof as well. He also checked the air conditioning. He checked ceiling fans,and the foundation of the house. He found several serious problems that I would have had to fix. He was very thorough.

I was very pleased. Dominic is thorough, knowledgable, courteous and professional. He told me what was good and what was bad about the house, what to keep an eye on, and he answered all of my questions in terms I could understand. I'd recommend his services to anyone.

Dominic was very accommodating; I was not able to be there for the inspection myself, but he coordinated with my real estate agent and took care of it. I also needed a particular measurement (fridge opening) for my own purposes, and he put that in the report too. Before submitting the report, Dominic called me to discuss the report results and point out certain things I should be aware of. The report was in my email that evening, and it was extremely thorough, with pictures and descriptions of the findings. I would recommend Home Pride to others that are buying a home.

They did a great job, easy to schedule and work with. He got the report to me quickly, also called to follow up on the highlights. Very pleased!

Dominic was very punctual, along with his WDO inspector. I'm from the Pennsylvania area and house construction is much different ther. I've sold 4 houses and this inspection was by far the best! He took the time to explain the differences and educated me on building methods here in florida and what to expect. He also inspected the pool equipment. He was very professional and caught some damage that the naked eye might miss. The inspection took a little over 3 hours, time well spent! I would have no reservation on using him again.

Dominic arrived on time for our appointment with the owner of the condo we were considering buying. He was on time and thorough in his inspection. He was very knowledgeable and professional. On site, he pointed out all corrections that should be made prior to purchasing. The owner also took notes and agreed to make many of the corrections Dominic pointed out.

Dominic did an excellent job for us. Scheduling was easy, he was available on a Saturday (big plus for me), and he arrived early. He was extremely professional and thorough. He did a great job of explaining everything and had a lot of great advice on solving problems and addressing issues that he found. Dominic ran into a couple of challenges during the home inspection and handled them with extreme professionalism; he really went above and beyond for us and I really appreciate all that he did. He even had the report ready for us the same day. I would recommend him without hesitation. The separate termite inspector that Dominic uses was excellent as well.

Dom carefully viewed the stucco exterior, found areas with moisture penetration that appear to be due to the sprinkler system and landscape. He checked roof, gutters, then moved inside. Plumbing issues appeared, with some major repairs required. He showed us each area of concern as well as things that were great about the house. Then within 24 hours he emailed us a 60 page detailed report with pictures of all problem areas. We are serial house purchasers (about every 7 years within a 35 year marriage) and Dom was the most thorough and organized inspector we have ever had. He truly is professional and leaves you with a wonderful report that will be helpful well into the future. He is also really nice.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my daughter, a first-time home buyer. I found Dominic on Angie's List, and so she decided to try his services. Dominic was wonderful. My daughter's new home was built in 2011, so we didn't expect to find many issues (luckily, we didn't!), but Dominic still spent around 3 hours inspecting the 1700 square foot home from top to bottom. He was extremely thorough, personable, and patient. He answered all of my daughter's questions without making her feeling silly or stupid, and took the time to point out things that a first-time home buyer may not know. My husband was there with them, and he was also impressed by Dominic's work. We would definitely use him again. He's a bit pricey, but it's worth it to have peace of mind.

Before purchasing a 10 year old home, we wanted to be sure there were no hidden surprises. After looking at reviews on Angie's List, we called Dominic with HomePride. Even though we were a bit out of his area, he agreed to help us. On inspection day, he arrived early. He had us follow him as he went around the property, in the attic, the garage, under the bathtub and looked up the chimney. Dominic tested everything from sprinklers to the dishwasher. He took pictures and made notes throughout his visit, which lasted about four and a half hours. hours The next day he sent his report to us on-line. Fourty four pages of detailed pictures, explanations, things that could be corrected and suggestions. As a result, we had some minor repairs made and are aware of items in the future we will need to watch. When we looked into HO insurance, we were told we might get a discount for wind mitigation if certain criteria were met. Dominic is also a certified wind mitigation inspector and for a small fee went out again and did a separate report for us. The pricing stated includes both reports. Dominic is pleasant, knowledgeable and tries to see things from your point of view as a novice. We would most certainly use him again and recommend him as trustworthy, friendly and professional.

***Owner/Operator, Dominic, supports the troops*** I found this company featured in Angie's List's magazine mailer. I called and spoke directly to the owner/operator, Dominic. He scheduled my appointment for a week and half later. I emailed him to confirm all of the details we spoke of and he responded quickly to confirm everything was as described. Dominic arrived earlier than I did to the house and had already begun. He was very kind and patient while walking me through all the issues and recommendations that are to follow my new homeownership. His report was emailed to me by that night and it was better than I anticipated. Very nice website where you go to pick up your report(s) and there's a feature to forward the reports to others, like my Insurance Agent. The inspection report for both the home inspection and wind mitigation report had colored photos and many helpful recommendations and details. The one item that my realtor, my dad and I thought was not the best was that Dominic answered 2-4 phone calls while he was doing the inspection. Granted, I don't think it took away from his work, but I would feel more comfortable if my soon to be house was the center of attention and no appointments were booked over the phone during my appointment. I must also mention that he graciously gave me a 10% active military discount. KUDOS! I don't know how many times I have heard that places around Orlando do not honor military discounts and I quote "because there are no military bases close by." I wonder how those companies would feel if that was the military's response to them... oh, I'm sorry, we cannot help or protect you during this crisis because we are not close by.... Thanks Dominic for supporting the troops! Oh, and I received my $20 Lowe's gift card in addition to the military discount -- this was the coupon Dominic had for Angie's List members

He did a very comprehensive job, he knew somenoe that could also come in and do a pest inspection at the same time which was very convenient, especially since the house we bought is almost 100 years old. He also showed up on time and we did not have any issues with him!

I wanted an inspection of my 5-year old townhome. There are some cracks and other issues that concerned me. I didn't know who to call; my son recommended I use Angie's List to find an inspector. Home Pride Inspections was very highly rated, and now I know why. Dominic D'Agostino returned my call promptly and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He was personable, courteous and extremely professional. We did a walk-through and Dominic explained what he was looking for. He told me what was good about the house, and what could have been done better. He then asked me to show him my areas of concern, none of which turned out to be serious. Dominic took my concerns seriously and made sure I understood what he was telling me and why I needn't worry. I was very reassured when he told me my home was structurally solid and well-built, but that some of the finishing (drywall seals, for example) was not perfect. Dominic provided a report via email the same day that included color pictures and detailed his recommendations for improvement. The peace of mind I gained is well worth the cost, which by the way was much more reasonable than I anticipated. I highly recommend Dominic and Home Pride to anyone who needs a home inspection. We had very wonderful experience with Dominic. Everything went very smooth with home inspection. Report was provided on the time. He explained each and every details where-ever he goes into the house. I would definitely recommend Dominic from Home Pride Inspection Services.

The service turned out pretty good. The guy who did the services was very professional, on time, and took his time to explain things to me as a first time home buyer.

Arrived at the appointed time and proceeded to do the inspection. Took pictures of the attic structure of the roof and also of the exterior of the roof. Also took pictures of the house and had complete inspection report in three days.
