We have used Dominic 3 times in the last month. We were looking for an investment property and he saved us from buying the wrong place 2 times. (The third one was a charm.) He is very thorough, polite, and explains everything. I recommend him without hesitation!

Inspector came on time and checked every single detail of the house. Because of him, we dodged a bullet that would cost us more than $10,000 in future repairs

Dominic was great! Not only did I have him inspect one home, I had him come and inspect a second home after the first fell through because of all the problems he discovered for me. He did a thorough job, was helpful, professional and took the time to answer all my questions. His reports are easy to read and his pictures are detailed. I appreciated that he was an independant voice that stood behind his opinion and was not swayed by the realtors or home owners.

Mr. D'Agostino at Home Pride Inspection Services completed a home inspection for us with very little advanced notice. He was accommodating and flexible with the scheduling. Mr. D'Agostino was punctual and thorough. Within a couple hours we had a comprehensive inspection report with detailed pictures showing his findings. Mr. D'Agostino also used infrared scanning to chcek the home. He spent plenty of time on-site walking us around the home and explaining any deficiencies. Being first time homeowners, we appreciated how he was patient and elaborated on his findings. Mr. D'Agostino also took the time to give us maintenance tips for the home. We honestly could not have asked for more in a home inspection. We strongly recommend Home Pride Inspection Services without hesitation.

Dominic was wonderful! He was already at the house and on the roof when we got there. He was very professional and took the time to explain everything to us. I loved that he was patient, answered ALL of our many questions, and examined the house thoroughly. He was very knowledgeable and gave us great insight into the house. He even helped me measure the shower for some doors I want to purchase (which he didn't have to do) and gave me some advice on how to install them. He was not only a great inspector, but he is a good guy! We felt that he was honest and we trust his review of our new home. He also helped us schedule an inspector for termites! We would absolutely recommend him to others!

If I could give him an A++ rating, I would! I would use and recommend Dominic again in a heartbeat! He was on time, professional yet friendly. Dominic explained what he was doing as he went along and brought any potential issues to my attention. He also gave suggestions on how the issues could be fixed. Dominic was VERY patient and answered ALL of my questions in a way that I could understand. The inspection report was emailed the next day and was incredibly detailed. he included color photos with arrows pointing to any potential issues so they were clearley marked. A few years back, I worked in Real Estate and I knew of many inspectors that would taylor their reports to either the customer or the seller/buyer. What I appreciated most was that you knew you could trust him and although his focus is his cutomers, he is giving you an honest assessment. I have a very busy schedule and he was able to accomidate me. His pricing was reasonable and if you are looking for a home inspector...Dominic is the one I will use him from here on out.

Dominic was very polite, knowledgeable and personable. He arrived on time and we went right to work. I was very impressed with his knowledge and his attention. He spotted cracks that I had not noticed. He told me to look for cracks where the surface was not in the same plane and cracks that were "V" shaped, as these are the ones that tell you that you have a real problem. Fortunately for me, all of the cracks observed were due to normal settling of the walls and slabs.

First, I have to say this was the single best experience from start to finish we have had with a business in the past year. Dominic was awesome. He was prompt in his response to me, came out within a time frame that worked for me on a Saturday and was thorough in his inspection (about 4 hours). He knew that we were coming upon the conclusion of a 1-year warranty and even took the time to read the 1 warranty guide so that when he was completing his inspection, he would be able to additionally look for areas that may be covered. In explaining something I would occasionally hear in the pipes (water hammer) he even noticed that was covered under the warranty, which I previously didn't even realize! He was able to identify several issues we were unaware of and are now in process of having the builder rectify. We received our inspection report the next day and it even included pictures (and a video of a problem area), which really help put context around items he is pointing out. He walked through with areas he thoughts were of concern. I strongly recommend a home inspection like this to anyone coming upon the close of a warranty period. We will likely have Home Pride Inspection Services come out every few years to look over the house to catch things that may be going on we are unaware of before they become big problems!

Dominic D'Agostino was recommended by my Real Estate Agent. He set up an appointment during the same week that I called. He arrived promptly. He reviewed with me all of the good aspects of the home's construction and discussed a couple of items that need to be repaired and that they would not be costly repairs. He was very professional and thorough.

It went very well. Dominic arrived on time, even early. He allowed us to walk with him throughout the whole inspection, was very informative, answered all of our questions and was very patient with us never once seemed annoyed by us and our questions. Very knowledgeable with his job. Extremely detailed report was sent to us the same day. Would definitely recommend him to others.

I can't recommend this company enough. The details are in the thorough report sent by email within one day. It's technical, but easy to read for the lay person. It is clearly itemized in list form, with pictures accompanying every turn.

Dominic's price is higher than most home inspectors, but his detailed inspection and superb reports are worth every penny! Earlier this week we contacted a few home inspection providers with our request for a Wind Mitigation Survey being required ASAP by potential insurers of our home. Home Pride Inspection Services, Inc. response was immediate. They came in today at the exact time they had set. The survey,and the 4-Point Home Inspection which we additionally requested, were very meticulously and professionally done. We love our old home dearly and feel that Home Pride respected it as much. He arrived before the scheduled appointment time and was already starting the inspection when I arrived, which was great because I was having a very hectic day. He explained what he needed to do for the 4pt Inspection (roof, electrical, plumbing, and ac/heat) and why. When it was completed, he went over the results with me. I was pleasantly surprised to have the report emailed to me the same day and was able to forward it to my insurance agent.
