Needless to say All Phases fence in New Smyrna doesn't want to do work in Seminole County. Not that I blame them for not wanting to travel that distance but I think Home Depot would do a better job of selecting sub-contractors to work for them. This has been a big waste of time for me as I have a business to run. SO.. Home Depot get your act together and provide the services you promise you can deliver. I did try to call Shelly back to inform her of the ridiculous bid Guess what, she is on vacation and cannot be reached and they left no other contact information for her office. What customer service..... how do they stay in business? If I treated my clients like this, I would be bankrupt very quickly....... In need of a fence for your home or office? Don't waste your time with Home Depot!
Description of Work: The provider was supposed to have had their fence subcontractor contact me for an estimate to repair the fence they installed last year. When I did not receive the call, I looked at my original paperwork and found the name of the sub who originally installed my fence. They said they no longer did work for Home Depot. I called Home Depot back and they gave me the name of Ken at All Phases in New Smyrna Beach as their contractor. I called them and the person who answered the phone told me they did not do work for Home Depot any more. I then called Home Depot Services to inquire who actually did fence installations for Home Depot and was referred to Shelly in another state. Shelly researched their contractor list and called me a week later to tell me that All Phases was in fact their contractor. She said she would have them contact me. Two weeks later, still no call so I called Shelly back to see what was going on. Shelly then again contacted All Phases to relay my information. Finally after 3 weeks and several inquiries I get a call from Ken asking how he can help me. I told him that a tree had fallen on part of our fence and we needed 3 or 4 panels reinstalled. I asked for an estimate. Ken promised he would email me an estimate by 5:00 pm that day. That never happened. On the following day I contacted Ken's office yet again to see where my estimate was. I was told Ken was leaving for vacation and another person would take over the install. I asked what the estimate was and was quoted over $1,300.00! (for installing 4 six ft panels. The entire 89' fence only cost $2,700.00. How could 4 panels cost that much? Obviously they did not want my business and over bid the job to turn me away.

Our painter recommended them because so many roofers are going out of business. We chose them because of their stability and they did an excellent job. They had a project manager that called every day and they had a field inspector who was here every day. They had three pre-inspections. The first person came and measured and we signed the contract. The second person came to look at an adjoining patio roof to make sure there were not going to be any issues with it and the third person remeasured the roof and made sure it was exactly the way we wanted it. Two weeks later we scheduled and the contracting crew came out. They were excellent and knew exactly what they were to do. They cleaned up everything every day. There was nothing on the lawn and all the nails were picked up. There were two sets of inspections afterwards. The manufacturer came out to inspect and verify the warranty. The county inspected yesterday and signed off. They were very thorough and it has a 10-year warranty. They will fix anything at no charge. We wanted somebody that would be in business because so many of the roofing companies have closed. We are sure we could have gotten it done a little cheaper, but not by much. They either called or emailed daily. They always arrived on time.
Description of Work: We used Home Depot for roofing. They took off the old roof and installed a new roof.
