David and team were punctual and professional, provided a thorough assessment of my roof and options for either temporarily or permanently. I chose the permanent fix option. They demonstrated a lot of flexibility when I requested additional work when they showed up to work on the pre-planned job by assessing and actually fixing an additional leak among other things. Moreover, they also cleaned off the roof and the skylights for the first time in 8 years, very nice! I would definitely recommend Florideroof Werks for roofing jobs big and small.

The day of the project started early. The were efficient and made the best use of time. The workers were kind and courteous and got the job done beautifully. They cleaned up after themselves (big in my book), including using a metal detector for the roofing nails. A lifesaver with having two 15 month old yellow labs. It poured an hour after they competed the job. They were on time, kept the project moving along watching the weather too. Hire these guys! It’s a no brainer.

Brian and his team did a great job repairing the leak in my roof, along with rerouting my gutter system so we would not have the problem in the future. All went very well and was completed successfully in a single day. I highly recommend FloridaRoof Werks - not only cause they completed the job, but also because the team was ver cognizant that I was satisfied with their work along with ensuring I understood the process from beginning to end.

Job went very well. Workers arrived on time and went right to work. Very pleasant workers, and did some extra repairs after the roof was complete. David found some leaks that I did not know about. He had them fixed.

David & helper did a professional job in replacing rotten wood at a corner of my roof. It required removing the gutter & couple of shingles. He is very knowledgeable and completed the repair to my satisfaction. He cleaned up the area when he was done. I'll recommend this company to friends and would use them agian.

This company is awesome, I would highly recommend them. I had my roof replaced. There were two layers of shingles and several rotten plywoods. They replaced my roof the new plywood and 30 yr architectural shingles. My roof looks beautiful. It's in this she to find a reputable trustworthy company. Roofwerks was great. They were prompt, courteous and very professional. The leak was hard to find all the sources but they kept at it until they fixed the problem. The cost was reasonable and they were wonderful to work with.

Florida Roofwerks, Inc. did a great job with the roof replacement! I am amazed by the personalized service that I received from Florida Roofwerks, Inc. David met me at the roofing supplier because I was undecided on the color. Then, David escorted me to the bank so that we could get the paperwork notarized. Tracey, the office manager, was always available during the time that I was researching contractors. David was always available to answer my questions during the research process. Both Tracey and David were very, very patient as I did my research and established a relationship with them. I can't say enough how professional the Florida Roofwerks, Inc. Team is. Florida Roofwerks, Inc. really cares about the customer. They are honest, hardworking that just want to make the customer happy. You will not be disappointed with anything about their work!

I experienced fantastic friendly on-going communication from their office and workers on site starting with the estimation and during the roof repair progress until completion. Like most top roofing companies they completed it on time and on budget. But the extra effort undertaken to straighten out latent waves in the roof decking really gave the home a quality feel. Even the neighbors commented how well the roof came together. Thanks for the extra effort.

Florida Werks completed my re roofing in a timely manner. Their prices were very fair. The workmanship was exceptional. After I had gotten quotes from numerous contractors. They were the absolute best. I am on a fixed income and they were understanding. They are not like the other over priced I will fit you in later folks. THEY ARE TRULY THE BEST.

Contractor showed up as scheduled to inspect roof and discuss work required. A fixed price estimate was provided with 48 hours, accepted and a scheduled date provided. Work started one day after original scheduled start date and was completed following 4 consecutive full days of work. Contractor was careful to not damage existing tile since the reuse was required in order to match remaining roof. The few new tiles required were as close a match as possible since original tile is no longer required. Mortar required for gable end tile was colored to match original. The site was left clean with no damage to home or landscaping. Full time site supervision and direction was provided Gabriel Perez, under periodic inspection by owner and licensed roofer David Baigent. Gabriel worked alongside a crew of 1 to 3 persons. All work seemed to be carried out with care and Gabriel was patient to answer my many questions joining him on the roof (I am a retired professional civil engineer with a life time of construction experience) throughout the day to look at the progress. David and Tracey Baigent are the owners and were personally involved. Over the course of planning and execution I spoke to both and both were at the jobsite. The roof now looks exactly as was when we started, which was the goal. The job was completed at the original estimate cost. Obviously rainy season will be the real test but I believe the work was performed in the best possible manner. I also believe that if there are any issues the company will still be there to make good.

David and Tracey of Florida Roofwerks were very professional, polite and helpful, from the first contact and all the way through to the job completion. Our old roof was damaged by hurricane winds, and they scheduled for the work right away. They tore off the old roof and underlayment, repaired any areas of concern on the plywood decking, installed all new underlayment, vents and flashing, and shingles. The new roof looks great. The crew also made sure the area was cleaned up when they finished. I'd recommend them without any hesitation.
