+ 0 moreEd came on time and delivered the most thorough and professional cleaning of the exterior of my home and carport prior to a schedule paint job. The results were so good that I canceled some of the painting that I thought needed to be done. Excellent results! The house looks almost brand new, before the paint job.
Description of Work: Outstanding is insufficient to describe the very expert, professional, and thorough pressure washing that Ed gave to my home prior to a paint job with Bill Higgins Painting, Inc. (on Angie's List and the one who hired Ed for this prepaint cleaning). The house looks almost brand new and already as if it were newly painted. I'd recommend Ed to anyone who wants an excellent cleaning done, on time, and with wonderful results.

+ -1 moreEverything happen exactly as Ed has told me. He was here on time, started right to work and didn't stop until it was completely done. I was totally amazed how much difference it made and what a great job he did for me. I have taken pictures and will put them on here for your review. The first one will be the "before" and the second two will be the "after". When you look at the second two take not that it is even better than I could get the picture because of it not being totally dry and the tree shading part of the roof. But, there is no way you can't tell a huge difference. Remember, he will tell you that you have to use the chemical cleaning and not the pressure washing. The other companies just wanted to pressure wash it and if any tiles came off it would be my problem. Plus it would damage the tarp under the tiles. When I give you a report with a good reference you can take it to the BANK! I do plenty of checking and estimates before hiring. As an Angie's user I'm hard to please!
Description of Work: I have a 1400 sq. ft. home that had several oak trees around it that had molded my roof to an extreme over the last 10 years. I was about to spend $6000 to have a new roof put on, when my landscaper suggested having it "chemical cleaned" NOT pressure washed! So, I ask him if he knew a company and he gave me Ed's card. I had him give me an estimate and had a couple more to make sure I would make a sound decision. Ed, immediately when getting here, gave me the book on his license and insurance which was current! He explained how the process worked and what he thought the results would be, showed me the equipment and chemicals he used and I hired him on the spot! It is extremely important to protect yourself when hiring contractors for their license and insurance, since it will leave you at risk for any liabilities should anything unimaginable happen. He will be honest with you and straightforward with what he can do and respect your decision. He is totally fair in all aspects. HIRE HIM!
