Dulando Screen & Awning Inc

I used Dulando Screen and Awnings to install a screen enclosure for my parents as a housewarming present. They did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price. The installation went off without a hitch. It was exactly as we wanted it. My mom and I are pretty tough customers, we were extremely happy with the results. The installer was on time, he finished in a timely matter, the job site was clean and free from debris when finished and the screen enclosure was installed perfectly. I will be using them again for another project I have coming up in a few months.

We have been using Dulando since 1991 when they re-screened for our remodel. Then after Charlie hit in 2003 and blew in our pool screen, they were on it immediately taking care of their old customers first. They are good and they are reliable. I do not competitively bid anything from them because I know their prices are good. Good folks... recommended highly!!

They came out for an estimate and said they would be back to do the work the following week. They told me I was going to also need some repairs to the enclosure (not just the screen), Not only did I never heard back but I called twice and left messages and still never received a call back. I ended up hiring another screen repair company who came out immediately for an estimate and within days they fixed my screen enclosure, told me I did not need any repairs to the enclosure and charged me less.

Allen was prompt and pleasant. Will use when patio is complete.

It was a very smooth from start to finish. They came and measured giving me an instant quote. Worked around my schedule and finished the project early. couldn't ask for more. They weren't the cheapest I recieved quotes from but they were the most responsive. Responsiveness is something I appreciate.

Overall, quite satisfied. It took longer than we're used to to get the project scheduled and the work done, but maybe they're busy because they do a good job. Main complaint was communication. The company needs to keep in regular contact with customer to let them know where things stand with their project. We went days and days with no contact from them, and hey, we have to work around you too! But again, things went well, and we're happy.

They enclosed two small areas with doors and made a screened in room with door. Danny came out to estimate the job. He was so easy to deal with and very professional . I accepted the job and they began within a couple of days. Everyone sent out to do the job was so good and great to deal with. I even called the office a couple of times to ask a question, and found the office staff pleasant, friendly and professional . If I ever need screening done again, I have the best company to use...DuLando

Everything turned out well. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the job on schedule. Furthermore, they did a quality job for a reasonable price. Ultimately, I'm happy with the results, and I would recommend their services.

There were some hiccups during the project, but everything turned out well. They accommodated my requests, did the work as promised, and did a great job with the enclosure. In addition, the workers acted professionally and cleaned up after themselves.

They had a reasonable price, were certainly professional, and were very responsive to any questions or requests that I had. In addition, the salesman and the installer were both very knowledgeable and thorough as they brought up details that other companies hadn't. The owner, himself, was even responsive to my concerns which impressed me.

They did a great job for a reasonable price, and the porch is beautiful. However, I felt that the communication regarding the project's start date, when the crew would be over to the house, and other aspects of the project could have been clearer.

It was great. They always arrived on time, they completed the work as requested, and they had the best price of all the companies that I contacted. They also responded quickly to adjust the height of a doggy door which I appreciated.

The man who came out did a great job. Everything that he did was fine.

DuLando promised on two separate occasions that they will come to provide an estimate. The first time the representative called to state he had run out of time to stop by and provide an estimate. He then stated he would stop by the next day. The representative did not stop by nor did he call the following day to say he was not coming. Five days later I still have not heard from DuLando. At this point in time, even if they do call I will not use them.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD. WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK DONE. THE MEN DOING THE JOB DID IT IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.

OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH DULANDO SCREEN & AWNING WAS GREAT. THEY WERE ABLE TO FIX OUR SCREENING IN GOOD TIMING AND THE ENDING RESULT WAS ALSO GOOD. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANOTHER JOB.

THE SALES PERSON WAS VERY FRIENDLY. THE JOB WAS QUOTED TO BE DONE WITHIN FOUR MONTHS AND IT WAS DONE ON TIME. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORKMANSHIP AND OVERALL APPEARANCE OF OUR NEW POOL ENCLOSURE.
