Excellent, everything was as promised

Very unhappy with the service providers work. There is a gap above and below the shower doors. This was never mentioned in the drawings or discussions before the work was preformed. I asked them to redo the doors and they refused to redo the doors and they refused give me back my deposit. They are untrustworthy and I would never use them again.

I recently had my hall bathroom renovated and my contractor suggested Dixie Shower Doors. I'm so pleased with my sales and service experience and highly recommend this company! Matthew came out and measured and gave an estimate in writing and was thorough and professional. He gave me several options and showed me photos and answered all my many questions. He suggested moving the glass out from the middle of the threshold about an inch to allow more space inside the shower due to its narrow size. Great idea! I had concern that water would escape between the thin slit between the glass door and panel (since this was frameless) and he suggested several options to me using some plastic seal. I opted for a "stop" and am very happy with my decision. Looks just fine and functions well. Before I ordered, I decided to get another quote from another glass company which I had used in the past and their quote was several hundreds of dollars higher and the estimate process was not as professional, nor as quick to get a written estimate. It is clear that Dixie Showers focuses on showers and customer's needs. My glass was installed today by Luis and his helper Juan. They were a great team and took incredible care as they installed the new glass. They arrived in a really nice, new truck where the glass was safely housed inside (as opposed to so many glass trucks you see where they are hung in racks on the bed of the truck, vulnerable to the environment or rocks, etc.). They put down a pad to ensure they would not scratch anything, they wiped their feet well every time they entered the house, they were clean and tidy, conscientious and very attentive to detail. They ensured I was happy with all aspects of the installation before they left and they were relaxed and unhurried through the entire install. Excellent experience.

They did a fine job, no complaints!

Matt came out and measured and explained that our half wall in the shower was not aligned with the full wall. It was off by about half and inch. This was a home we just purchased and were remodeling. I had not noticed this, but when he put a level on it, it was obvious. He explained that the glass would not be equidistant from the edge of the granite on the half wall, but that the installers would try to minimize this at the seams. The glass was installed two days ago and it looks perfect! You would never know there was any issue. It did take about a month for them to get the glass and install it. This was a lot longer than I hoped, as we had no glass around our shower (lots of splashes), but it was over the holidays. We got two estimates. Dixie Shower was significantly higher than the other bid, but exceptionally professional and did an amazing job. I would definitely use them again.

Job was handled very professionally. When new doors arrived, I was called and appointment set up to install. Workers were prompt, installation went well and area was cleaned up after install. Great Job - thanks!

Mike came out to do the initial measurements, assessment, and provide estimates. He was prompt, courteous, and downright helpful. We were given 3 quotes, upon request, for each and quot;leveland quot; of shower frame installation (framed, semi-framed, and frameless). We chose frameless since it really opens up a smaller room and the price was right. After the measurements he showed us specific measurements that caused the glass to require custom cutting, only a small additional cost, and upon our acceptance of the price, the glass was ordered promptly. It was received within a few days at their facility, checked for issues (some found), it was reordered and ready to go within 3 more days. We scheduled promptly when it was confirmed to be good, and the job was done at our next convenience, Dixie Shower Doors was very easy to work with. The installation was done in only 2.5 hours, even considering it was pouring rain as they were bringing in the glass sheets for installation. Each one had to be dried thoroughly and later cleaned of smudges meticulously after installation. We would shown the finished product, explained the details of how it works. Yes, we know how to use a shower, but the features were illustrated. One aspect was that because it was frameless, there was a small plastic runner at the bottom of the door segment that would keep the water inside. Another aspect was how to maintain the glass in pristine condition. Well done gentlemen!!

They came out on July 14th. They fixed it beautifully and it works great now. Frank and Tom came to fix it. Price was exactly what they said it would be. Would recommend them.

The response time to initial call was great. The time to put together an estimate in reference to my questions was good as well. They have not installed shower door as of today. Should be done withing 10-14 days.

The old door had glass that could not be cleaned so it was clear and had metal damage. They came out an measured and showed me several options. I found one that looked like I wanted and met my budget. They said it would take a couple of weeks to order and install. They called even sooner and said everything was ready. They were delayed on the day of the install but did call. Once they arrived they were fast and friendly and the install went well.

Matt arrived at the agreed upon time, looked at the two bathrooms at issue and showed us all the options. We opted for the higher end enclosures, plus the glass treatment, and gave him the required deposit. He is very apt at explaining things, answered all our questions and was not in the least and quot;pushyand quot; nor did he lead us one way or another. Everything was our own choice. On installation day, the two installers arrived and worked quickly and quietly. They gave us instructions on drying time, cleaned up after themselves and were on their way. Very pleasant and efficient. We would definitely use this provider again and highly recommend him to anyone who wants a quality product.

I sent a request for an estimate via email on Dixiie's website late yesterday and had a call from the owner, Matt, this morning. He was at. my house by noon and patiently took the time to explain everything i wanted to know about frameless shower doors. He proceeded to measure and provided an actual all inclusive price while here. Another company will also be providing an estimate so i can't provide info on an actual installation at this time but thus far Dixie Shower Doors has shown itself to be ultra efficient and dependable. Thanks, Matt, for the positive experience! Update - i did contract with Dixie Shower Doors for a new shower door and it remained an excellent service experience. They actually had my door made and installed within a week of ordering it, showing up when they said they would and with a real pleasant and knowledgeable installer. Thanks once again for another positive, no stress experience!

Dixie Shower Doors did an excellent job from start to finish. They were very prompt and responsive when I contacted them. The representative who came out to measure and quote the job was so courteous, arrived on time and was very professional. The order was placed, and the glass was ready in just a few days. The enclosure is beautiful. I wish more companies were as pleasant to deal with as Dixie. If I have other glass needs in the future (they do more than just shower doors), I will definitely call them.

I have no idea what the quality of what the quality of their work is since they failed to respond to my request to contact me. I have to admit that their business must be doing well since they have no need to contact customers. Why advertise your service if you don't feel the need to respond to requests for estimates?

Despite the holidays, they were able to arrange an appointment to come out and give an estimate. Matthew came to the house, took detailed measurements and gave us our best option and price. While we did not choose this company, we were very happy with their service, punctuality and professionalism. Their price was very competitive and will contact them again in the future for any future possible remodel jobs we may have.

Excellent. I have used Dixie Shower Doors many times for our own home and also for rental properties during rehab. They have always given us professional service and quality results. They are fairly priced and take care of their customers. Would recommend them to anyone.

From the time I made the call until the door was installed went off without a hitch.

Because of the angles it cost a little more to complete the job. Matthew Kutik, the owner, explained everything in detail and did not pressure us into using his services. He came out and messured twice, he and his workers were in and out in a matter of 4 hours. It's been several months now and we have experienced no problems what so ever. We are extremely happy with it. One of the best experiences with a contractor we have had.

I was very happy with this company. They were very kind and professional. They came right on time and the quality of their work was excellent. I considered the price to be fair comparing with 2 other companies who gave me quotes for the job.
