Description of Work: The service man sprayed the entire outside perimeter of the house with a non-toxic bug killer and then he sprayed the entire interior of the house, paying special attention under the kitchen sink and both bathroom sinks, too. We were very impressed with the thoroughness of his services and would definitely use this same service again. We have not seen any ants or roaches inside since and would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: I was hearing scratching in my wall so I called critter control. He called me with an appt time and when I was late getting back from picking my daughter up he was there waiting! He was very polite. It turns out the squirrels were gaining access from my neighbors roof so he was not able to perform any service. I truly appreciated his honesty regarding this as another company may have ripped out my wall to look for the problem. He showed me exactly where the problem was in my neighbors roof so I was able to report it and have it taken care of at no cost to me.

Description of Work: I called Critter Control and they gave me a telephone # to call Mark. I called and he asked me did I have any roaches - I said Yes I saw some small ones - He then told me that he cannot fix that because this is German Roaches and the contract says "No per-existing conditions" - He wanted me to do an annual contract costing #399.00 - I do not need a contract.

Description of Work: I don't rember what I spent or date performed but I do remember that I was told that it would take about 6 months before all Bugs gone from home. It's been months and there still here. Not as much but still here.

Description of Work: I'd been plagued with tiny ants since October 2012. No trap or spray could stop them so I purchased the coupon as soon as I saw it! Mark from Critter Control explained what they were and where they were coming from. He treated inside and out with a product safe for people and cats,(very important, since they're so nosy!) and I haven't seen a single ant or anything else since! Relief at last. He also showed up right on time, was very honest and professional, and I wasn't late for work, either. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone with a "critter" problem!

Description of Work: I purchased a coupon for interior and exterior bug extermination and Mark came out to the house and did a thorough explanation and spraying for uninvited household "guests" . Mark is an entomologist. I have no more bugs visible in the home and the $50. DEAL was too good to pass up. I do recommend this service.

Description of Work: I purchased pest control. It was a deal you could not pass up! Great Price- $ 50 dollars for the outside and inside of my home !! The gentleman who came to my house was apparently the Manager. He was on time and very professional and explained in detail what would occur. He did the outside of my house first, then the outside. It took approximately one hour. He asked me if I was satisfied with the overall job.I advised him that I was. However, I advised I would wait for the end results. Hopefully, no more Critters !!!!!Overall I felt comfortable with having him in my home.I would recommend them.

Description of Work: I wanted someone to treat the property as I have been noticing more bugs and ants in the house lately. I purchased the "Big Deal" Interior & Exterior Pest Control Treatment Service. Mark arrived on time and explained the service and answered all my questions. He also gave me advice on things to do to keep spiders away. I asked about maintenance services and he gave me that information also. I ended up hiring them for maintenance service too.
