Description of Work: Jim did an initial outside treatment on a home we just purchased. There were a lot of wasps, which he dispatched easily. He also sprayed the perimeter to help avoid any future bug activity. He also informed us that because we were doing so many renovations to the inside of the house, that he would come back to finish the job once we were in a better position.

Description of Work: We used an Angie's List Deal to have our home treated. THE GOOD: We had no problem making the appointment, and the gentleman who came out to perform the service was nice and professional. THE BAD: We still had an issue with bugs 2 days after the service was performed, even though we were told the home was treated. We also tried to contact them to set up a quarterly service agreement and no one ever got back to us.
