Description of Work: I wanted the 45$ pest service, in the fine print, it says does not include certain pests. I said, ok, they could make that up as they go along. The guy came to my house and stated I have German cockroaches, as does everyone in Florida, and that's not included. So why provide an ad for things we all have but you don't cover, I'll tell you. Cause when they get to your house, they say it's going to cost you 179.99 for that problem. So when I talked with my roommate and decided we couldn't afford it, I had emailed and called to tell them to just do what we paid for, no reply, no call back from them. Finally had to get angies list involved to get a refund. Never heard from critter control to this day, and it's been almost 4 months. I feel it's a scam. The pests they do not include in the fine print can be anything they want it to be, so they can get the $$ out of you. I'm a single father, no help from anyone, I value my money, so beware of critter control!

Description of Work: They trapped for squirrels and got one rat. Covered all roof entry points with wire mesh or metal whatever was more appropriate so there would be no re-entry. All sales and service people were friendly, prompt and professional. My only complaint was the cost seemed high for the hours spent doing the work.

Description of Work: Paid 49.00 on August 16,2015. No service I have called Angie's List and the given me by them for service provider. Never called me back for service.

Description of Work: Called to schedule an appointment. Gave all my info to a lady that said her technician 'Mark' would call me back the next day. It has been 10 days and still have not heard from anyone. I went with another service provider.

Description of Work: They came to look for a dead animal, due to smell. They could not find anything, but they did find that bats had sneaked in... The service to rid me of bats was $860, but they sealed the entire house and made a net to let bats escape.

Description of Work: This was the second time they we used them and this gentleman was not as good as the first. There were more bugs than before and the treatment was not as good and I am still seeing bugs.

Description of Work: Critter Control was great. They came the same day that i called, hyperventilating and hysterical because i was hearing scratching inside the walls of my home.. (thought that only happened in Edgar Allen Poe stories). First, the tech calmed me down and set out a plan to get rid of my unwanted guests and install screens all around the perimeter of our crawl space and close up some gaps with aluminum on the siding near the roof that had been sealed with insulation foam. We've only been in the house a few months, so very grateful that this was taken care of and hopefully this problem won't repeat in the future. There is a three year warranty on the work just in case. i would totally recommend this service.
