Showed up at time stated. Went over services they perform. Treated whole house for pests. Made a soft sell to offer regular visits (contract).

Representative was extremely punctual, professional and personable. Performed the initial treatment inside and outside the home quickly and thoroughly. Left information concerning ongoing regular service with no pressure or hard sell to purchase. More than a month later, we haven't seen any bugs!

The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and quick. He took his time to explain what he was doing, what to look for and how to keep our home pest free.

I purchased one of Angie's deals for Critter Control. They used environmentally friendly bug spray that would not harm my animals. I wish it worked as quick as the other kind but that's ok. I have seen a decrease in the bugs in and around my house. I also signed on to have them come out every 2 months and spray the outside of my house. Great service, very prompt. Were able to come to my house the next day. I would recommend them to anyone

Heard an animal chewing between the ceiling and the roof in my dining room. When I hit the ceiling with a broom handle the chewing would stop for a few minutes and then resume. Called the company number on Saturday. Was told I would get a call on Monday from the person who would come out to see what was going on. Got the call first thing Monday morning, and he and another man came out that afternoon to check. Gave their recommendations. Said the second man would be here Wednesday to do the work. Was here first thing in the morning and spent most of the day putting guards on the gutters and downspouts and caging in the air conditioner. When he left for the day, said the other man would be here next morning to check if anything had been caught in the trap. The first man showed up at breakfast time to check the work and the trap. I had a couple concerns which he addressed to my satisfaction.

I contacted the number you provided and they referred me to "Mark" at Critter Control to make a reservation to come out and perform the service(s). I called Mark and left a message and he responded within 15 minutes of leaving the message! Awesome! (ANDDDDDD he was an American business man and spoke English!!!!). We made the appointment. On the day of the appointment Mark called prior to arrival. When he arrived he introduced himself. He is the business manager for Critter Control and he indicated that he has had such a positive response to his listing on Angie's List that he was making the call himself personally so as not to prolong the service timing. I explained that might not be able to properly spray the entire home due to the fact that we had just completed renovation/repair to our home after a prolonged battle with our insurance company due to hurricane damages. We had just moved back into the home in May when my beloved husband was diagnosed with brain cancer. It was very, very bad and we never got to unpack all our household goods and make the house amenable. My beloved passed away in July. Mark was very kind and attentive. He made every effort to put me at ease and told me he could get the job done with no problem and that my house was lovely and organized in spite of what I thought! How very kind. He inspected both inside and out and accomplished the spraying. He was a very lovely man. He told me that he and his wife worked with many charities and organizations and gave me his card and told me that if I needed anything that they could help me with to call them. It is so good to see and know that as American's we are getting back to our roots. Mark and his company personify everything that is good about humanity. He is definitely a keeper. This service alone was well worth my membership fee and being a widow now, 69 years old (well mature lol) and no family, our only child passed away two years ago, having trustworthy companies to help me deal is a God send. I purchased the Angie's List Big deal, and while it did take more than one call to try to schedule the service due to the large response to the Big Deal, once I was able to speak with the exterminator to set a time, he scheduled around my availability and was prompt, courteous and friendly. He did a great job of explaining the service, and gave tips on how to minimize a bug friendly envioronment around the outside of my home. He listened to the bug problems I had, specifically treated for them, and did a great job overall.

I had to wait a week for the appointment. When he came over to do the work, he said that it was going to cost much more than the cost of big deal cost because of infestation. I don’t need any service if I don’t need infestation.

Mark came was very professional and punctual. I asked to have the insect nests removed from my windows and a wasps nest by a second floor window. Was told they were brushed down lightly and would be fully removed next visit. Had to be sprayed first to ensure insects were killed first. I also felt he could have sprayed more around the inside of the house than he did. My experience has been okay so far will see how next visit goes.

Mark showed up within the appointment time specified, did a thorough walkthrough inside and out, then talked to us about what he was going to do. We approved it and he got right to work, finished in no time and left us with documentation of needs and what was done. He spotted some fire ant and a couple of other pest nests that they'll follow up on.

Critter Control came by my house, set up a trap which caught a very large armadillo. It was removed and handled according to state and local regulations.

Materials which conform to Federal, State and Local laws were used to control insects inside and outside my home.

Mark, from critter control, came over to my home early and on time (9am) and inspected the home for bugs. He applied his eco-friendly chemicals around the house and gave my family advice on the spider issue I have. He was friendly, knowledgeable and overall I'm very happy with the service. Even signed up for his bi-monthly services.

Mark and Jim came out did a fantastic job, I would defiantly recommend this company. Like I stated above, they our pet friendly and environmenlly friendly. After they sprayed I have not seen any more bugs. I signed up for a year contract because I was so impressed with their level of professionalism.

They treated our Wasp nets, and inside and outside of home. The service took a little over one hour.

It went well from the purchase of the deal to the scheduling of the appointment to the follow-up and service performed.

I attempted to call the company several times to get this scheduled. They did call me once and left me a message, I attempted to call them 2 times after and never heard anything. I called and got a refund for the Deal. After some initial challenges connecting on a date / time for the service - Mark (Service Manager) quickly and professionally handled some criticism and went well beyond what was expected to take great care of us. We will be signing up with critter control for regular pest control service. Thanks Mark, Critter Control has an excellent team member in you!

They were very good and I give them a C rating. They were late so I give them a F rating punctuality but they were fine once they got here.

I was given a 2 hour window, between 9-11 am, and Mark arrived right at 9:00 am. He dressed professionally, was kind and courteous and immediately handed me his business card as identification. He toured the home first, asked questions to ensure he understood my needs, and explained what he was going to do. He was not pushing a sale, simply making sure he serviced the home. This helped me feel comfortable enough to ask a few questions about additional pest services. It was a true pleasure working with him and because of that, Critter Control now has a 1 year contract from me.

For $230.00 I would expect some kind satisfaction, or resolution. They were responsive about checking for moles and said they would get them. However, they don't guarantee any results, according to there paper work, so don't expect to see any results. After 10 days, they pulled the traps and left, so I basically just threw $230.00 in the trash, be forewarned. Don't use these folks for the removal of moles, they won't be successful.

They did a great job, and also helped me with something else without charging me for it.

It started well. They came on time and inspected the property and plugged all but one entry hole, and set about four traps inside the garage, which we use as a laundry/pantry storage area. The contract called for $200 up front and $39 per mouse. Things went well early, and they caught several mice in the first two visits. Then I got my credit card statement and noticed they had changed the billing to $59 per visit, without telling me. Sort of OK, since it was cheaper than $39 per mouse when they were catching them at the rate of two or three per visit. Then they stopped catching the mice. After the second visit with no mice, I inspected the traps and found they had not been baited with peanut butter. When I asked about that the next visit I was told that this was normal. I asked for the traps to be baited. After the next visit again no bait in the traps, and no mice either. I called their office and cancelled the service, since I saw nothing to be gained by being charged $59 per week to have their guy stop by the house and go through the motions.

I had a handyman seal up an opening in my soffit and heard a racket in the attic the next morning. Evidently we had sealed in a very frantic squirrel. I called Critter Control and they came out that same day just after noon. The technician collected my check and placed a trap near the repairs to the soffit. He also pointed out two other points where small rodents might be able to get in and out. He came by to check the trap a few times over the next week but never caught anything. After two weeks, we agreed that the squirrel was probably gone or dead. The technician said he would return and close up the repair to prevent future entry and also close up the 2 additional vulnerable points for an additional $99. I immediately approved and he said he'd be back later that week. This was about the last week in February or the 1st of March. What followed was a month and a half of excuses and broken promises to come by and complete the repairs "tomorrow" or "next week", etc. I called the technician or the office after each no-show and just got another excuse and another promise. Finally, just last week, near the end of April, the guy showed up and sealed up the repair and took his trap. I still have the other two trouble spots, but I would be happier having anyone else fix those. Do not use these incompetent liars.

It went very well, and no one expected to get so many. Since they charge per animal removed, we had to stop.
