They are generally friendly, come consistently, do thorough work, and respond rapidly and professionally when there is an exception to be addressed. We are happy to have found them.

Mark, from Critter Control did an excellent job. I told him the issues with bugs and how I had tried to do my own pest control, but there was no way to keep up. he checked the inside and outside. made some recommedations, which made good sense and no pressure. He even gave me a discount because I had used critter control in the past for a racoon problem. I know this review is late in coming but I can say after several months they did a great job. very rarely see any bugs and if I do they are dead outside.

Mark was very good. He was punctual. He explained what he was going to do. Price couldn't be beat for the service rendered.

Everything was done same day with quarterly visits scheduled thereafter

I had many squirrels running around my attic. The first time it happened a year ago, I waited and babies were raised and a family of squirrels left. I thought that would be the end of it. I was wrong. This year they came back. I called the company and they came out immediately. I was given two choices, a "catch and release" cage or the one I chose, an "escape and no re-entry" cage, where the squirrel can get out and enjoy its life in the same area, but not return to my attic. It was left for three days and we agreed it was enough time for any squirrels to leave the attic. I had heard no nose coming from the attic since the first day. The cage did indicate a squirrel had attempted to push its way back in, but the cage made it impossible. After the cage was removed, a metal plate was installed to keep any more "critters" from pushing through. I was satisfied with the look of the plate and the service provided.

Very professional, punctual, knowledgeable and informative service provider. The treatment was moderately successful. I recommend this company.

Just bought a house and saw lots of large roaches. Service was prompt and effective.

It went well. Overall the service was very quick. Scheduling was pretty easy to do over the phone. The man who arrived (sorry, forgot name) was professional, courteous, friendly, honest, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and timely. I told him my concerns, which were primarily different kind of ants, fleas, and the occasional silverfish and cockroach. I pointed out a trail of small ants crawling through tiny cracks around the window. He said they were ghost ants. He sprayed the area and they were gone very quickly. It is over a month later and they are still gone. I also haven't seen any roaches or silverfish. Regarding fire ants, he was honest in describing that spraying for them is really just a band-aid since they are underground all over the neighborhood, but regular treatments will help reduce the ones in my yard, at least. He wasn't pushy at all, though. I would definitely recommend Critter Control for pest control services.

The technician was right on time, very attentive when I was explaining the problems I was having on the recently bought house. Explained the course of action: the first spraying was going to be more extensive, including the house interior and garage; then if contracted (which I did) he would fumigate on the exteriors only, since that's where the bugs and insects come from. Since I contracted him, the house haven't had any other insects inside.

Called and scheduled a visit. They came out promptly and gave an estimate. Accepted estimate. Scheduled service visit. They were very prompt again and completed the work.

Over the weekend my wife and kids heard noises coming from our garage. Upon further investigation we noticed that the rubber seal and plastic weather strip from our garage door had been chewed and there was a half inch hole. We decided to use a $99.00 coupon deal from Critter Control and it was the best hundred bucks we have spent. Ryan came over and inspected the property. He informed me of the few potential entry points he could find around the house and in the attic. We discussed the options and what type of strategy he was going to use to get rid of the unwanted guests. He also mentioned that once we got rid of these pest he would be able to close the entry points so that we can avoid further intrusions at a very fair price. After the first week passed and 3 rodents were caught we decided to go ahead and get a second week of service just to be sure. At no point did we feel pressured, and best of all we felt a sense of trust that is priceless. Thank you Critter Control and thanks again Ryan!

Critter Control set traps to catch the squirrels in my attic and came to the house every day to check the traps over about a 3 week period of time. The one squirrel they caught was taken away in a have-a-heart type trap. They set up additional traps and closed off the area where the squirrels were seen entering the house. They also closed all the roof angles of the house to prevent squirrels from getting into the attic again. They were very responsive and professional. And, best of all, they got the squirrels out of my attic!

I started to see a bug problem around the house and wanted to make sure they were gone. When I called them they came out, assessed the problem and set up an appt for them to come back in a few days. They sprayed inside and outside and I have yet to any spiders, ants or any other bugs=)

We were happy with what the guy did. He showed up when he was suppose too. I would hire him again.

I contacted Critter Control late in the afternoon on Monday, September 24th when all of our efforts to discourage a mother raccoon and her FOUR youngsters failed. They used our yard as their personal latrine, repeatedly knocked over birdbaths, and came into the yard day and night whether we were out on the lanai or not. I was quoted a price for having the technician come and the price for each entrapment. i agreed to the price she quoted. I was told that the technician would contact me the next morning to set up a time, which he did. Matt came at the agreed time, took a look at the mess and explained again what the cost per "catch" would be. He set up traps that day and came every day to check them. He did not set traps over the weekend which was fine with us. By October 4, he had caught all four youngsters and the mother. Matt was courteous, punctual, knowledgable and thorough. We will most definitely use Critter Control again! This is not the first time that we have had problems with raccoons in our yard, but it is the first time we have used this company. Other companies have done a less than thorough job of correcting our problem. Thank you, Matt, for your thoroughness and professionalism!

The guy wanted to sell me a maintenance package more than provide services that were already paid for. He also told me more about what won't be removed than will. Overall I do not recommend. Also, I had to play phone tag for 3 days.

Showed up on time, tech was nice, knowledgable, and did what they agreed to do. Simple as that :)

The manager came and he did not do a good job at all. So, I called him again and asked him to come and spray. Then I told him that if did not I requested that he gave me my money back and he didn't. After all he didn't do anything he did not return or give me my money back. I will never hire your comany to spray my house again and tell others that they shouldn't either!

SERVICE WENT WELL, CAME ON TIME, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND WILL USE SERVICE AGAIN.

They checked the entire house to see if additional services were needed. They concluded that the house was critter free.

He was very knowledgeable and shared some facts with us that we did not know. We have cats and he reassured us that the spray was not bad for them. He had us put them in a room as he sprayed. There was a little confusion on our part, I did not know that I had to be here or have the coupon. My office manager did not know where the coupon was, he waited for 20 minutes for me to return. Then Susie said he did not have to wait any longer, we would reschedule. He never got inpatient or anything. He was very professional. Then we had him come back and do the job. Very efficient and friendly. We have not seen any live pests, just dead ones. So it is working. We look forward to a continued relationship with this company.

Arrived exactly on time. Explained what would be done. Pointed out potential problem areas. Cleaned off hornet's nest, spider webs etc. on outside of home. Was quick to complete tasks. Technician was very professional & friendly.
