Critter Control of Greater Orlando

The service is good! I have some minor issues but most was preventative. The minor issues were some silver fish and small spiders, I haven't seen any signs of it after the treatment was made. The guy that came out was very nice, friendly, and very knowledgeable.

Provider arrived on schedule and said roaches gained entry from swimming pool area. Only found them in kitchen. Treated inside and outside house and garage area. Said products used were "organic" and safe, but that they would take a while to be effective. "pushed" an annual contract...wanted to come back 4 X year. Annual contract was declined. Have found many roaches since treatment and I believe this should not be 4 weeks after treatment.

Rick was very easy to deal with. He explained what he was doing. Was very considerate of our house and keeping it clean. He even wore disposable sockettes that went over his shoes when he came in the house!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went fine. I don’t have any complaints. The guy was really nice and professional. He was very thorough and very pleasant. I was happy with it. I probably could have done the service myself but we had him do it because we just bought the place and wanted a professional to look at it. He did a really nice job. He moved around the appliances while spraying. I think the price was very reasonable. He came out right on time.

Professional and helpful worker. Spent time listening to our concerns an acted where necessary. Explained how problem insects can come into home from some grocery product. Explained how to rid them from our home.

The date of work is approximate. The company was very good in regards to scheduling, punctuality, friendliness, thoroughness, everything! The bug spray/bate has worked very well in keeping bugs from our living spaces. The only issue we had was when the technician sprayed the exterior of the house, around the entry points, a little bit of the chemical splashed onto our door handles/hinges, when this happened it end up taking the finish off of them.

I purchased a big deal from them and their services turned out great. They were very helpful and informative, and got rid of the problem. They did not charge me any extra amount other than the big deal.

I set up the appointment yesterday. I wanted it to be in the morning and the receptionist told me they would call me in the morning to confirm the appointment time. I ended up having to call to see when they were coming. They gave me a window when they would be the area and they never showed up or called me back.

Company representative, David K., arrived during quoted time frame, efficently performed the task of caging the squirrel "suspect" involved, accepted my Angie's List coupon for price reduction, and left. This was all accomplished in a friendly, professional manner. I would definitely recommend this company anytime, for this type of service need. He got to my house at the exact appointment time. He seemed very nice. He proceeds to spray the inside of my house and then he did the outside. I have not seen any bugs so he must have done a good job.

He came as an agreed set schedule without having to be reminded and performed the ageed upon services.

The service from Critter Control was really good. The guy was friendly, he came and explained about the bugs we had and what we could do to try to help, so that was good, otherwise just good business.

Very professional -- treatments appear to be effective in preventing insects from entering the townhouse. Initial problems in scheduling the service .... Critter Control subsequently changes pest control technicians. The job appears to have been done well and we are willing to use them again.

Rick did full exterior and interior spraying and inspection. He even popped up into the roof space and checked it out and sprayed suspect areas. He went thru all the things he was doing and why and suggested some things we might do to avoid or mitigate bug entry in the future. I am very chemically sensitive, and the chemicals he used inside were virtually odorless which was very convenient for us as we didn't have to leave the house. We are rebuilding our house and this has been a needed process for us. But, when we are in the upgraded house we will definitely get back to Critters for long term insect control.

I was not that pleased with the company. I called and made an appointment and they were great about that. The day that they were supposed to show up, they didn’t show up. I called the guy who was supposed to show up and it went straight to voice mail. They called me back and said that he was no longer with them. They did not call me and let me know, so I sat home all day waiting. They had someone else call me and we set up a time, which was another week later. They did an okay job, they sprayed around the house. We still saw bugs, so we called another company. I stayed home twice and the issue still did not get resolved. I probably would not use them again.

These guys sprayed my place for bugs over two months ago and I haven't seen a bug since. Orkin used to do the job every two months and there would always be a number of bugs in between services. I won't go back to Orkin ever again because these guys are so much better.

They are great. They are very responsive and do a great job. They are extraordinary.

No more problems with the ants to date. Will likely have them return in about a month to retreat the house to make sure that the ants do not return. I have that option available to me in the package that I purchased.

They sprayed the house, garage and yard and assured me that the dogs would be safe with the product. The only problem I was experiencing was ants. Several varieties of ants both in the house and in the yard. Its been a few months since the application and I haven't seen any ants since. I had been fighting those kitchen ants for years without any success so I am amazed at the favorable results. The provider was very professional and explained what my ant problem was and what he expected my results, both short and long term to be after application. I am very pleased with the service provided.
