Critter Control of Greater Orlando

It went well. The technician was on time, very professional and polite. He did what he said he would do. I would have given them an A grade if it weren't for one problem. When I signed up for the special I wrote in the comment box that I have old cats and was concerned about any poisons that are toxic to people or pets. I repeated that concern to the technician and said there are outside cats that I was concerned about. He assured me that it was safe. However, after he sprayed, he was asked by my termite person (who happened to be there at the same time) what he used. The product used on the outside was called Thermidor and that is not a non-toxic substance. It is actually a substance that has been questioned for a long time by environmental organizations who have tried to get it banned for use. Their ad mentioned something to the nature of being eco friendly (I don't remember exact words) and that is why I chose them. So it was a bit disappointing that they used this product. I felt they did a good job and I would use them again if they had less toxic ways of getting rid of pests. However I would not use them again if they are going to use Thermidor.

Rick from Critter Control came to my house as scheduled. Did the outside inspection and gave me a report of his finding. Did the same inside the house and then proceeded with the spraying. Very pleasant,courteous and professional. Definitely will call them again!

He was punctual and professional. He explained everything he was using and what I should expect. He did not attempt to upsell me on additional services.

Rick called before he arrived to tell me that he was on the way. He was prompt, courteous, and very professional, explaining what the substances used for roach and ant control. First, he walked the perimeter of the house, spraying around the windows and doors, and putting substance where it was needed. Then he came inside and explained what he was doing. He was thorough, so much so that I hoped that his company did termite protection, which it does not. If it had, I would have gladly hired them for that as well. I would recommend Critter Control to any of my friends who needed such a service.

I originally saw Critter Control on Angie's List and bought the big deal advertised for exterior and interior spraying for bugs. I was able to make an appointment for a few days after I called to schedule and the individual was on time to my house. He walked me through what he was doing and then sprayed the inside and outside of the house on the first visit. He then offered me a contract to come every other month. He was not pushy but just informative and honored the Angie's List price for the future visits which is a much better value than competitor bug companies. They now come every other month and send me a bill. I only have to schedule an appointment if I want them to spray inside.

Everything went well, tech showed up on the dot. Service was done in a timely matter. Scheduling was a bit inconvient, since tech sets his own schedule and he is only available in a given area at certain days/times??? That required an additional trip for me. Tech did not introduce himself. But, all in all I think it went well, I haven't seen any bugs.

Great. Critter Control is the best. I no longer have problems with those little critters. They are professional, timely, and get the job done.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. So far it has been good. I think they were very busy because they had such a great deal so they weren't able to come out right away. It took about a week but once he came out, we haven't had any problems since. He was very knowledgeable. Rick was our technician and he was great. They will come out anytime if we have an issue. The package was $300 for a year. The service is fairly new so I don't know about the quality.

We are very happy with the services from this company. Their service man is very professional and punctual. He tries his best to work with our needs and I feel he takes care and is treating our house with respect. There are some hiccups with communication inside the company as his work-orders are lacking information and both times I contacted them it took days to get a response from the office. Nevertheless the Tech is somewhat flexible and both times I was happy. Last time he came the next day after he got the order. The time frame he gives is accurate. The stuff they spray seems to be working great. We only had the kitchen and bathrooms retreated, as well as the garage and outside. If it were not for the price tag...I would recommend this company...I still might but only to Angie's List Members to buy the Big Deal.

He came out and he did a good job. He was very courteous about the service where we live and the area about the river and so it always seems there is something coming inside. He was very pleasant but the service didn't work for us.

Technician was professional and punctual. Took into account my birds. However, the application did not get rid of the ants, which was my major concern. The tech said that they would come out if my ant problem persisted. They'll have to do so.

Mark was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. He also gave me some helpful tips about pest control.

The staff that they had sent was a very friendly and knowledgeable about pest control. He moves furniture by himself and arrived on time. He even cracked a couple of jokes. Staff was concerned about the well being of my pet bird which I'm not sure many other companies would. He was very efficient as well. Overall treatment was good and appeared to work for the first couple of weeks, but after that the silverfish started appearing again.(but the ants and the cockroaches did not )

It was fine. The guy came sprayed inside and outside. I'm not sure what the results will be.

It went excellent. I called at 7:30 pm on a Saturday night to schedule an appointment. He was here by Tuesday at 8:30 am. They were on time, professional and even told me what kind of spider I had (I saved a dead wolf spider for him to look at). I did see a few silverfish for the next few days but have not seen any bugs since. I had a pretty big silverfish problem and was seeing them daily.

Rick was on time and did a through and complete pest control service. He was professional and friendly and explained what he was doing and why through the entire process. Will definitely use Critter Control for any future pest control needs.
