Critter Control of Greater Orlando

I guess after all is said in done, it went well. There was a breakdown in communication with the office which caused a lot of problems for me. There was hardware floor damage, but after talking with the wildlife removal expert, I realized I don't know if it was done by Critter Control or the preceeding A/C duct repair company. So I had to just let that go.

This is ongoing. Rats were in my house and under my house and in attic and crawlspace. They are still working on it. They closed up all the outside perimeter openings except one now. I had someone else close up any opeinings in the floor from under the crawl space. Still trying to make sure all the rats are gone. Matt perseveres. I hope it's almost over. There is a one year guarantee.

Called Critter Control to have an armadillo removed from my yard. I was told that they would contact a technician in the area who would call me. The technician called about an hour later and said he would arrive in approximately 15 minutes. Matt arrived promptly. He was courteous and professional, and quickly removed the animal. I presented a coupon from Angie's list. Matt told me that the coupon is normally for a different type of service but honored the coupon which saved $20 off the usual $150 charge. I was very satisfied with the service.

Critter Control did a super job. Our initial contact was with Ryan. He explained the process, set traps and followed up every day to check the traps and take away captured critters. Very professional and resolved the problems!!

They totally ignored my calls. I spoke to one person in the office, so I know they are active in business, but since then they have been totally unresponsive. Not only did I call the office, but I was given the number for the technician to call and I wasn't able to reach him either, nor was I able to leave a voicemail because his mailbox was full. That is no way to do business.

Mark was thorough and knowledgeable. He was late to the appointment but I was pleased because he stopped to rescue a racoon. Being an animal lover, I appreciated that plus he let me visit with the racoon who was in a cage in his truck.

Technician Ryan came to our home and was prompt, courteous and very professional. He explained the scope of the work and even walked around our roof to inspect other possible problem areas. He pointed out and took pictures of the areas where the house needed to be sealed from other critters that may be getting in. He took his time to explain our issues and answered all of our questions. We had not realized the cost involved with what needed to be done so we will be waiting on having anything done. When we do decide to do the work I would definitely call Critter Control.

Excellent no problem at all. Had roaches and after they completed the service they disappeared. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The house and yard were treated for pests and it has been just about a year and I have had no problems.

I wasn't home for that experience. They didn't check in with me.

It turned out okay but I am not going to renew with them. It was supposed to be a 2 time thing, once in the spring and once in the fall. Scheduling was easy. I didn't pay any extra charges. I wasn't impressed with the service but they took care of the wasps.

They were good. I originally had a awful experience with a tech that had come to my home in the past but the product was effective and good so I decided to use them a second time. It was a better experience this time.

It turned out okay. I don't remember how much it was or anything. I wasn't at home, somebody else was in my house so I didn't have anything to comment about.

Provider came and applied pest control treatment. I was not present, my boyfriend was, but he said that the guy did a so-so job. Not too long afterward (the treatment was just a month ago), we started seeing ants inside by the kitchen window. I'm not complaining, I just probably won't use them again.

It was fine .They did fix the problem but it was a different thing all together.They knew what they were spraying.

I am very allergic to bees, and the result of a sting is dangerous. I noticed what I perceived to be wasps or yellow-jackets establishing a hive about fifteen feet up in an oak tree on my property. Terminex, my regular vendor, was unable to help with this. I called Critter Control yesterday and Mark arrived, on time, today. He determined that it was a honey-bee hive. Honey-bees are generally not aggressive, and we decided to leave them alone. He could have removed them for $250 plus, and I would have paid it. But I am comfortable leaving the bees alone, and I am thankful for his professional candor. I would not hesitate to use Critter Control for a future need.

Nice guy came out and talked for quite some time about a service contract. He worked for about 5-10 minutes. He did do some stuff, but I was hoping for a more thorough job especially since I opted just for the interior. It was not worth the money I spent. I saw ants two days later. Again, really nice guy, questionable service treatment.

It was a fine and they did what they said they were going to do. They got the job done in less than one hour. The technician was nice, friendly, and knew what he was doing.

They were very responsive, they came out right away, as soon as we could coordinate our schedule.

It turned out ok. They got rid of the moths, but the german cockroaches they said it would take several treatments to get rid of them, and we decided not to follow up with them. They were easy to work with.

The service went fine. I’m not sure if we would use them again or not, but we might.

It went superb. He arrived on time and was pleasant in all the explaining of his job.
