It did"nt take very long. I did not watch him. He did not leave any broschures to explain the treatment or the procedure. He mentioned the name of the chemical he used. If it keeps my house free ofi insects, I'll use Critter Control again. Viviane Castoroll

Rick was very professional. He was easy to get a hold of, had a flexible schedule, was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions.

Absolutely horrible experience and definitely will not use again. First off, I wasn't aware that this "Big Deal" was to a network of providers, and not to a specific company. Maybe that was in the fine print and I missed it, so I'll take responsibility for that. When I purchased this, I was immediately sent an e-mail by the company (quick response, very nice) with a phone number to call and schedule an appointment. I didn't get around to calling until a couple of weeks later and, when I did, I was connected to just a phone rep who took my number and said a pest control specialist in my area would be calling me to schedule the appointment. I gave them my wife's number because she was going to handle the scheduling since she'd be home during the visit. Weeks went by and my wife hadn't heard anything but we kept forgetting to call back. When I called back, I told them that I never heard back from my first message and left my phone number for a call back this time so I can stay on top of it. Within a few hours, I got a call on my cell phone from the local guy in our area and we scheduled the appointment. He was very apologetic for the delays in getting to us so I chalked this all up to a processing error as I have NEVER had bad results with a company I've found on Angie's List. Then my wife called me and said she got a voicemail on her phone from the same guy I spoke to and said that he didn't have any appointments available until mid-October. I thought that maybe he thought she was a different customer, so I tried to call to confirm this with the guy but he never answered his phone nor returned any messages. So the day of the appointment comes and we have no idea if he is going to show up or not, having received conflicting reports. Well, he does show up but he's over an hour late and was pretty rude to my wife. One of the things I told him over the phone we wanted to have done was to clean off the spider egg sacks in our entryway and he said that wouldn't be a problem. When my wife brought it up, he said that he would do that "next time if we bought their maintenance package". So we basically paid him $39 to give him the opportunity to sell us more. I get it, we're all trying to make a buck, but if he would have told me during our discussion that the egg sack cleaning would not be covered, I'd have known. But to tell me there wouldn't be a problem but then refuse to do it when my wife asks about it is just horrible customer service. I will definitely not be using this service again and will be more cautious of future "Big Deals".

I was a little disappointed in them. I wanted them to check for termites and I don't think that in the ad, they disclosed that they didn't do termites but they could have, I haven't gone back and checked it. Just a general walk through the house was what I was expecting but then, they had evidence that there were some rodents in the attic and I had told them about that. They said they would check the traps every couple of days and it turned out that what they had put down was just a couple of rat traps that I could buy at Home Depot for $5. They checked them once a week. They charged me $300 for that. We didn't have any evidence for rats for 2-3 weeks before they showed up and haven't had anything since then either. I think they were already gone before they got there. It was not the worst experience I've ever had but I thought it was a little expensive for what they did. The walk around inspection was very good, thorough and fast, and inexpensive. The follow up with the rodent control was expensive.

It worked out fine and it seems to have been effective. It was low cost, but it took a while to get it scheduled, but other than that I was pleased with the price. The young man that came was real good and efficient he took care of them and all that sort of stuff except for scheduling like they didn't get back to me right away on the deal. There was a guarantee that I recall through Angie's list to contact back in couple of days you know that didn't happen and it took up couple of weeks to get it schedule. It is just a matter of my convenience more than anything. He didn't charge me anything additional. I thought he did just fine. I would use them again in the future.

It was very good. Everything was good. He was very polite. He did the services and we were pleased with them. The price was excellent. It took me some time to get in touch with them.

We purchased a big deal for the service, and it went very well. It took them a while for them to get out here. I guess the ad was overwhelming for them, but once they got out here, it went well. I extended and I signed up for them to be coming quarterly. The guy was knowledgeable about how different bugs operate, and he was very professional.

It went fine. He did what he was supposed to do, which was to spray outside. I am happy with it. He has been out twice now. He comes out every three months. I will continue to use them.

I was very pleased by the service. Rick, the technician was punctual, polite and professional. He exhibited a thorough knowledge of his profession. This was a low priced intro offer, however I'm seriously considering routine servicing from this company. I was especially impressed by the fact that, when he came into the house from treating the exterior, he put covers on his shoes. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others. If all the technicians are as professional as Rick, then they have demonstrated a commitment to high customer service.

Critter Control came out to the house. I explained what I was seeing and he explained everything he was doing. He treated inside and outside and told what needed to be done to keep the bugs out. He also explained about the program for Angies List members. Great provider to work with.

Visit was great. Liked them alot! I set up a contract for recurring service.

We need to get it scheduled. It is not what I thought it would be. It is not complete pest control. I told them that I have a flea problem and it does not take care of that at all. We have done some things and have the fleas under control. Nothing has happened and so our money is just sitting out there. I would like to have the yard done and the house done. I do not know what the treatment is. They were not very accommodating and they were rude. I do not want to deal with this company. They advertise that they deal with all the critters. He said that flea control is a whole different thing, because they have to keep coming back. It is not an entire pest control and does not do fleas. I do not know what they do or do not do and they do not do flea control. We have been doing things ourselves. Our son moved out, his cat had kittens, they had fleas, and he did not know that they had fleas. The price was great. But, they would not come out and do it. They responded within 2 weeks. I would never use them.

If I could give Critter Control and A+ for the outstanding work done it would still be too low. Showed up on time, explained what the game plan for spraying for bugs would be, showed me the various bugs we were about to wipe out and the why behind that choice. I learned a ton and in the course of spraying for bugs around the outside of the house talked about this bee problem I have, millions of bees on the other side of a fence I don't have access to. Without evening blinking he offered to spray the bees and felt in 2 days my bee problem would be solved, I did offer to pay extra for this service but he just took care of it. Might not seem like a big deal but to me he went above and beyond what I had paid for and in 2 hours the number of bees seen had dropped to a few instead of the millions seen earlier. I found some mouse poop inside the house and got that wrong too, lizard lolol and explained the difference, anyway this is one great company to use for your bug issues, great price, great service and you learn a ton of bug stuff to talk about at work.

It turned out fine. It was great, except the only thing that happened was I knew I scheduled it way out because I was going to be gone for a while. They were supposed to come on Monday and they didn't come on Monday. When I called and got it set up, it all worked out. And then they came Tuesday and that worked out fine. They guy was ahead of time. It was raining, so I called him and said maybe we shouldn't just do it and he said, if I am going to be there he can do the inside and then he will come back another time and do the outside. So that was what we set up to do, when it wasn't raining. He came and did the inside. He did a great job. He looked at everything. I was very pleased with him and his attitude, what he did and the conversation we had about it. He was very helpful about everything. Then he came back later to do the outside of the house. So I was highly satisfied with them. I thought it was a fair price. I have a man that comes and does my house and I was going to have him do it until I saw this Angies List deal and thought I would do this. And the regular price was comparable to what my guy charges, so I thought their price was reasonable. When I called him the day he didn't come he said he didn't even have it on his calendar. But then when we made arrangements for the next day he was very prompt and did exactly what we talked about doing.

Setting up the appointment was quick and easy. Service was performed shortly.

The technician shows up on time and spray the whole house. Bugs were gone for a couple months.

They did well although I have had roaches since he was here. He was a very nice person. He did his job and didn’t make a mess. He was concerned about my animals. He is he would careful and would not hurt the animals. It was good overall. It was a reasonable price. He was here early which is okay.

I didn’t see any difference and it didn’t help me.

It went fine. They were there on time and sprayed. There was nothing negative. It was a good group of people. I can’t say anything bad about them. Everything was good.

I was very happy with the service and the technician was knowledge in his field. I will continue the service with Critter Control by having them come quarterly to spray for insects.
